Arrived quickly however I was ex-eating from the advert that the watch was new!! The condition of the watch was perfect and works without any faults. Would buy again.

I ordered it over a week ago for someone’s birthday and it still hasn’t been dispatched, they also wanted to charge me £15 to post to the Isle of Man which is part of the UK postal network. I was going to buy other items but I will be looking somewhere else now

First time I have used this company and the iPad arrived quickly and well wrapped. The iPad was not new but you would not know, there is not a mark on it and so far I am very pleased.

If I could give this zero stars I would ! Ordered a watch for my sons birthday last Monday paid for 24 hr dispatch still no confirmation email to say it’s been dispatched checked tracking it’s still being processed.... email them they tell me there behind with orders as there really busy ? So what’s the point in having a 24 hr dispatch option ? Anyway asked for a refund and now I’m getting blanked! Horrendous customer service ! I would keep well away

I ordered an item one week ago and have had no communication with regards to my order and when I tried to contact them I got no response!

I was a bit dubious at the start. Paid for 24 hour royal mail dispatch but took 6 days (which was mentioned in the site). Purchased the brand new samsung galaxy watch. Came in original box, all accessories. Cheapest I could find. Very happy with purchase. Customer service very slow to reply. But overall very happy and would use again.

The "Armani "watch I bought was a fake according to the jeweller I went to to remove a link. Very disappointing

The delivery instructions were a bit vague but when the watch arrived it was well worth the wait. Excellent.

Very bad customer service. No one responded to the emails I’ve sent to cancel my order I’ve sent like 5-6 emails since I’ve placed my order and no one responded to any of them

Received item promptly and well packaged, however magnetic charging disc was missing.
Following an email was requested to send images of what I meant and duly did so, 1 week on no response and have purchased said item as was unable to use without charging connector.
Poor after sales customer service, causes concern if it was a serious issue as opposed to something I could easily resolve albeit at additional cost to me.

I ordered a watch off here 8 days ago and it still hasn’t come I said it needs to be here before Friday and they said it should take 3 to 5 days it’s now been 8 and still no show
