Smooch Wedding Rings Avis 

Myself and my husband have been married for 3 years. The service from the smooch representative was great, she was friendly, knowledgeable and we felt comfortable bringing her into our home.
However the quality of the rings is awful. My wedding band has diamonds across it and in 3 years 5 diamonds have fallen out and needed to be replaced. Smooch will do this free of charge but having to send it back regularly is such a pain. I’m done with it now and will be buying a new ring from another retailer. It’s so upsetting that I can’t wear the ring from my wedding day due to its poor quality.

Edit: sorry not sure how to reply. Yes I sent it back to have a diamond replaced. Then 2 more fell out and so I sent it to a different jeweler as this is a repeated problem and again 2 more have now fallen out. Am I able to contact you directly regarding this. I think I could need a replacement. Thank you for your reply

We had such a lovely experience with Nick. There was absolutely no pressure and this was helped by being able to do this in our own home.
Nick brought a wide selection of rings, as well as sharing images within his portfolio that helped to really envisage what we wanted for our wedding rings.

We've had our wedding rings for nearly 3 years now. Absolutely delighted with them. The Smooch company offered loads of choice and were one the few providers who were willing to quote and make for us in 14k gold (which matched my engagement ring) both rose and white versions. I got a custom cad to fit around my engagement ring, and the team even sent me a wax mould to fit. We revised it and got a remould which fits perfectly. Everything was really quick and we've had our ring cleaned too, so can vouch for years of good service.

We met Floss at a wedding fair. She was very helpful and friendly. We liked the sound of someone being able to come to our home so we could try our rings as we so busy most of the time. Solomon came and showed us the rings, he was very helpful and all felt very relaxed. They made my wedding band to match my engagement ring and I’m over the moon with it! My partner loves his band too.

We met John at a wedding fair in Leeds a couple of years ago, he visited our home with a wide selection of rings and helped us create our own special rings. We had them delivered however they was slightly too small, sent them back and the were resized and back to us 2 weeks later. Fab service thank you! We met Pauline (Merseyside) 2022 at a wedding fair in the Titanic hotel and we arranged an appointment with her for few weeks later. She is amazing, so friendly and feels like you've known her all your life. She didn't rush either of us and also gave us her opinion and all the options Smooch offer.
She has kept in contact the whole time since we placed our order and has made sure we are happy with the process. Head office have sent a CAD image over of our rings and we are absolutely in love with them just can't wait to wear them (wedding August 2024) and also they have answered every email enquiry I have sent quickly and in detail. We found smooch at a wedding showcase, they came to our house and we chose our rings I was keen to have one that matched my engagement band, it was so convenient especially with small children in tow, there was no pressure at all and they was so lovely, they sent a CAD design via email for me to approve. Our rings turned up today and they are both so gorgeous and we can’t wait to wear them! It’s also a lovely touch that smooch will clean and buff them for years to come free of charge!

So today we found our wedding rings and I cannot recommend Nick Richards enough for coming to our home and helping us choose the very items that we will look at every day for the rest of our lives.

I knew I would find our rings through him when I met him at my first wedding fayre, he is so warm, welcoming and full of knowledge on the rings. He has listened to our journey and helped us find rings that our perfect for us. Nick has shared a memory with us that we will never forget. A truly, unforgettable experience.

We met Pauline at the Liverpool Wedding Show and arranged an appointment with her a few weeks after meeting. She is an absolute credit to Smooch; we were made to feel so at ease both times even though I was so indecisive she let me take as long as I needed and offered her advice. She is so personable and genuinely made the whole experience so enjoyable and special. I never felt rushed or like I was taking too much time, and genuinely could have sat chatting to her for hours!

We had others appointments just to see other price points and ring variations but Smooch won every time and frankly even if other suppliers had been more expensive we'd have likely still gone with Smooch thanks to Pauline! She never once pushed us to make a decision, she explained the whole process clearly and constantly made sure we were both happy with our choices.

This review has been 13 years in the making (sorry it took so long)!. I had never heard of smooch before and I'm glad I found them when it came to picking out my wedding ring! I had already had my engagement ring and it was platinum but luckily they also supply palladium which is a bit more reasonable than platinum price wise. The came to my home, went though all the customisation options and delivered mine and my husbands wedding rings. All perfectly beautiful. That was 13 years ago. This year I emailed them as they do lifetime resizing and re coating. I needed my wedding ring resized and on the off chance, asked if they would re size my engagement ring too... even though I had not purchased my engagement ring from them... the wedding ring resize was free and it was only a token fee to resize my engagement ring. I will happily be ordering my eternity ring from them too in the near future. Amazing company, amazing service... I would recommend to everyone and anyone. Perfection

The whole Smooch process to help us find our wedding rings was amazing - Nick was amazing help and bringing boxes of different kinds of rings to our house for us to try on was convenient and really helpful when I had no idea what kind of ring I wanted.
