Smooch Wedding Rings Avis 

Our ring arrived 3 sizes too small... 3!! Literally 0 contact from Smooch, they only give you an email address which they selectively ignore. They say they fix any issues or resizing, they don't because you can't get hold of them. Diamond fell out 2 weeks after the wedding. Had the ring checked by an established jewelers who advised it was garbage and we had been ripped off.

We originally went with Smooth to custom design my wedding band and opted to have my engagement ring reset in platinum. The service we received was second to none and the prices were also very good.

Fast forward 5 years and we approached Smooch to discuss upgrading the diamond in my engagement ring. Again they were extremely supportive and the communication between Stephen and Damian was fantastic, even with my multiple questions they consistently came through.

We met Nick at a wedding fayre and then had the pleasure of his company from the comfort of our own surroundings. We were not pushed into anything and when given the freedom to browse at the selection of rings in your own time makes the whole experience so much better. We discussed what we wanted and our forever rings were chosen so effortlessly. Highly recommend

We had a home visit from Nick today to pick our wedding rings. Nick was really helpful and personable. He offered advice and spent time with us to make sure we both found a ring we liked while helping us to stick to our budget. There was a large range of rings, and the process was all really straightforward!

We were visited at home by Nick, who travelled some considerable distance to accommodate us.
He was friendly and helpful, offering advice and guidance but at no point was pushy.

We found the whole experience relaxing, highly enjoyable and personal to us and would highly recommend.

We first met with Solomon in July 2023 and were really impressed with the amount of rings on offer and that they could be altered to our style and needs. He was really friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had the rings we wanted. Our rings arrived today and they're just as we expected, perfect fit too. Cannot wait for our wedding and to wear them.

Purchasing wedding rings is so important! It’s a big step towards the big day! We were overwhelmed with what to do and our experience with Nick was just amazing! He let us check out what we liked first, always ready to give an opinion when needed, but didn’t push us at all! He loved meeting our cat Mars! Even when Mars decided to climb in his bag for a bit! Had Nick come round this morning to choose our wedding rings. He made my other half feel relaxed and not pressured in anyway. It was like having a chat with a friend. We actually both found something we liked and was also practical for our jobs which is a first.

From my initial enquiry all the way through to delivery the team were exemplary! I asked for a simple wedding band but made using the melted down rings of my passed on family members. Wr bought our wedding rings from SMOOCH back in 2013 and from the initial home visit up until now they've been brilliant at providing a really personal and quality service. After a few rearranged appointments as I was waiting for my ring to come back, me and my fiancé finally met Nick tonight at our home! We were left so super happy with the service we recieved and we now have our wedding rings! I’d reccomend Smooch and Nick to everyone wanting that care free experience and with a lot more choice and freedom than some of the shops at a super price too!! Can’t wait to recieve our rings and we cant thank Nick enough for helping us find our forever rings 😭🥹

* Only reason for not giving the full 5 stars is we were promised originally 9 of their 'freshwater pearl bracelets' as a free gift for purchasing. This was when my ring was included (the more expensive of the two), then when I mentioned I was going elsewhere for my ring just as I fell in love with another one post appointment, it went down to only 4, probably because my ring was the more expensive of the two, We Ended up not receiving them with our original order as promised. I messaged Ash and he was great at resolving this and posted them straight away- however the 'freshwater pearls we got were in actual fact plastic. I appreciate the thought but just a bit disappointing as I was going to use these for my bridesmaids as they were advertised, but now they can't be used as they are the cheap alternative, so will have to now buy these seperatly. A part of me feels if I got my ring with them then they would have honoured the original offer of the 9 freshwater pearls bracelets as that's what swayed us into Smoosh's service..

Honestly cannot believe the incredible service my partner and I received today!
I popped a callback request through at around 2pm today, by 5pm I'd had phonecall from the lovely Nick, who just so happened to live round the corner! 2 hours later we'd pick our perfect rings! I almost immediately found exactly what I was looking for, and Nick was great with my partner, helping him create exactly as he was looking for.
The selection is insane and totally customisable, just a wonderful company, cant wait for our rings to arrive!
