Snagged & Bagged Avis 465

I had been wanting a specific Topo shoes that was sold out everywhere. I just happened to look them up and Snagged and Bagged had them at a discount. I was a little skeptical because I had never heard of this company before. I checked out their reviews and decided to buy them. Five days later I finally have them. YAY!! I'm glad I took the chance or else I would have missed out. Beyond thrilled. Fast shipping, too!

I found what I wanted and it arrived quickly! No problems!

Order was processed 3 days later I received an email that they were unable to fill. I could have bought the item somewhere else.

They had these timberland pros for a great price. However one of the boots had a defect. I followed their communication instructions and they responded fast. I had to answer some questions and send proof pictures but they did their best and corrected the problem. I recommend them and will be a repeat customer.

Buyer Beware! I purchased what I thought was an "Authentic" Nike NFL jersey however upon receiving it is far from Authentic. Not one Nike emblem on said jersey and the tags were not Nike either. This was nothing more than a cheap knock off. I purchased the same jersey from Nike and it is completely different materials. Save yourself the headache. Shop elsewhere.

They advertise they ship within 1-2 business days. It has been 5 business days (1 full week) and the item has not shipped. I have contacted their customer support and they have given me multiple excuses but can not tell me when my item will ship or if it will ship at all. Of course they send you an email the next business day and tell you the item has shipped but it never started tracking. This is dishonest and misleading. I guess I will be disputing this transaction through my bank since contacting their customer service doesn’t help at all.

I was shipped the wrong item and then rather than them exchanging the item for the correct item the offered a 15% refund to just keep the item that I didn't order, or a full refund, but I have to wait to get my refund until they receive the wrong item back. I should have known it was too good of a deal to be true. I do not recommend.

Like a different reviewer, if I could give them less than 1 star, I would. This company is HORRIBLE! They have absolutely NO customer service and are unwilling to work with you at all!!
I ordered two denim vests from them, as I wanted one for an event and was trying different colors and styles. thinking I would have options. It took quite a few weeks to receive the order, and it was then that I saw in the invoice that all sales are Final! It certainly wasn’t evident when I placed the order! When I tried to make a return, there was no bending whatsoever!
I would NEVER have ordered from them had I known it was final!! Let alone order two!!! And this is so they can offer good prices?? Ha!! The cost of these two vests was $202!!! I don’t call inexpensive!
I Will NEVER order anything from them again and I hope others will BEWARE of this sham of a company or you too could have a horrible experience and be out a fair amount of money, as I have.

1st purchase was great. 2nd was a nightmare. I purchased an Aviator Nation hood that literally smelled like it was submerged in perfume! After I took it out of the bag my eyes started to water so I left it on the back of my couch then I could smell it throughout my house. I wrote to snagged and bagged and told them that I may have received a used hoodie and about the perfume smell. They wrote me back and said it was” impossible” that when they shipped it they didn’t notice any odors. Then they had the nerve to say it must have happened while the shipping company had it or I must have done it! The package was sealed so I sincerely doubt that a bottle of perfume got through a sealed package. Then later on after a few more emails they said they never actually laid eyes on the hoodie that it was shipped directly to me through someone else who was supposedly an authorized seller of Aviator Nation. So, how can snagged and bagged guarantee that it’s never been worn, tried on, or returned? They lie is the answer because they can’t say for sure. They offered me a 5 percent refund for 6 dollars and a return slip. I told them NO Thx

My item arrived smelling of perfume, food crumbs stuck to it and crumpled with a ratty looking cloths tag pinned to it. Clearly used. Gross and disappointing

I ordered two pair of men's cowboy boots size 11. I ordered one dark brown pair and one light tan pair to wear with different outfits. What I received was two light tan pair of exactly the same shade and color. Identical! Snagged and bagged would not exchange or return the item and blamed it on the lighting when the photo was taken. So just know when you buy from them what you see may not be what you get and it may not be a good deal after. Good luck

My first time ordering from this company and it was great! I love Easel and Oli and Hali clothing. They have a good selection in multiple sizes. Easy to navigate the site. Multiple payment options. Packaged well and quick to ship. I will most definitely be a return customer.

I was best man for a destination wedding Purchased pre-wedding, Cole Haan shoes that were shipped to the wedding location in Fl. Apon arriving discovered the shoes were too tight of a fit. Attempted to return or exchange the shoes. I got denied, explained my situation, no reconsideration. New pair of useless shoes. Good deals, as long as you do not need to return anything. Absolutely unprofessional and ignorant!

Customer service went over and beyond to help me with a simple address error before the package shipped! Their policy was nothing could be done after an hour, and it had been three hours since I placed the order. But the customer service agent went above and beyond and took care of it. This being my first time using the website, I was quite impressed and will definitely shop here again.

Did not advertise that "All SALEs ARE FINAL" Top was too small and they would not take back. Just wanted the next larger size.

They're prices are nothing special, just google the product and have others match the price. There are plenty of reputable companies out there

I found the exact pair of pants, same style, brand and size at a different store for $250. I paid 1/2. They are literally the exact same pair!

Purchased a finale sale pair of denim shorts. One side of the shorts has a large 6” snag across the entire left front side that is very noticeable and is not anywhere else in the denim. Sent an email to customer service with photos and was told there is no damage and final sale means no refunds. I am getting my bank involved in this scam.
