The Sofa Company Avis 

We ordered a sofa n 2 reclining chairs. They came as promised with excellent delivery.
One of the chairs unfortunately developed a fault, we e mailed them late one Sat night and at 9.30 the next day ( Sunday) they contacted us to rectify the situation. A new chair was sent straight away and the old given to charity. I cannot stress how good this company are. Their customer service standard is rare these days. We will certainly purchase from them again. Many thanks

Fantastic company. I ordered a swing chair through Debenhams which was faulty. I heard nothing back through Debenhams so contacted the sofa company directly . Their service was faultless. The staff were so helpful and apologetic. A replacement part was sent the next day . Would highly recommend

The seat was delivered two days BEFORE it was promised that was a huge plus.

The ordering process was ease and I had a courtesy call back from the company to confirm all the details.
The chair was delivered intact and on time ( a 1 hour delivery window was really helpful). The self assembly pictures are not too clear, but did not prove to be a problem.

I bought sofa and armchair from Jasper range. It's always a worry buying big items on line but I'm not able to get out. Needn't have worried, easy process from samples to delivery everything was easy. The furniture is beautiful and comfortable.

Quick delivery, ordered sofa on Wednesday and it was delivered on Friday morning. Had an issue and it was so nice to be able to phone and speak to someone who sorted it out immediately. Sofa looks lovely in our new kitchen. Would highly recommend this company and would use them again.
