Great, everything was done as and when I was told it would be. My Sofa seems good quality. But most importantly, when I rang the company a couple of times, they were happy to answer the phone and deal promptly and pleasantly, when a lot of companies these days won’t even put a phone number on their website.

Would buy from them again.I found the two chairs with footstools…
I found the two chairs with footstools online. They were just what we were after, the description was accurate and they were a good price. There was also a personal follow-up call to make sure that we knew they would need self assembly and that once assembled they could not be returned (so open and be sure one at a time).

Excellent service
The Sofa we ordered was out of stock but the communication from The Sofa Company was excellent; they rang to let us know and within a week they had it back in stock and arranged for delivery to suit us as we were going away. Would definitely recommend them.

Well I was told free delivery but was…
Well I was told free delivery but was then informed I had to pay £60 or £30 for delivery so I’m obviously not happy with that.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I am happy you were pleased with most aspects of your order, but sorry you are not happy about the delivery charge of £30.
As outlined in our delivery information and at the checkout before you pay, some parts of Northern Scotland do carry a surcharge due to the distance the couriers have to travel i am sorry this was applicable for the AB postcode.
