Successful hunt for a new sofa.
From first email requesting details and fabric sample before confirming my choice from their clear and easy to navigate web site through the sales process to delivery, the service was outstanding. There was absolutely no 'pushing', just clear, helpful information and replies to questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this Outlet and its staff as outstanding plus, exceptional value for money on the Parker Knoll sofa and footstool I have bought.

I highly recommend this company for excellent customer service. Paul emailed several photos of the Parker Knoll Denver power recliner chair and I was under no pressure to buy. This was an online purchase. I am delighted with the chair, very comfortable and Parker Knoll quality at 50% discount!!

Amazing!
The guys at sofa brands factory outlet were absolutely amazing, gave loads of information and advice without ever being pushy and they were incredibly patient (I spent ages changing my mind). We absolutely love our sofas, amazing quality at such a reasonable price. Couldn’t be happier with the service, I’d recommend to anyone and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The manager Paul was very helpful in assisting us in making our purchase so much so we bought 2 sofas.
We struggled though in that we couldn’t buy online nor did we find via Facebook product and payment options which would have been ideal.
Professional and courteous service excellent overall 10/10.

I would fully recommend this outlet. Helpful low-pressure sales (a pleasant change from some) and we were able to buy a beautiful G plan suite at an excellent price. The furniture is in immaculate condition.

Excellent Outlet
Very friendly, efficient service and advice. I would not hesitate to purchase from the outlet again and would recommend them to anyone. Very good choice of furniture and delivered on time. Easy to park outside the store and no high pressure selling, a pleasure to deal with.
