Freedom to look…

The sales assistants gave me space to have a look around but were in hand to provide advice. They assisted me through the sales process and next steps for delivery

Ordered my new sofa with a down payment…

Ordered my new sofa with a down payment at cribbs causeway. My direct debit did not go out as expected despite sofology being given all of the details and telling me it would come out on the 4th February. After being kept on hold with the finance company I rang to sort it out (I rang sofology but they said it wasn’t up to them to sort this out), it transpires that they don’t take the first payment out until I receive the sofa, which I haven’t had yet. This was not what sofology told me. This has led to considerable upset and stress and I feel like cancelling my order.

Amazingly helpful and patient staff

Staff were amazing. Really important to see sofas in person to get a feel for what your looking for and to get the expert help from the amazing staff

The great thing about this purchase is…

The great thing about this purchase is that we were not put under any pressure to purchase, we have been looking for new furniture for a while and had visited the store on many occasions and was never chased once by the sales staff, finally after several cups of coffee on our last visit we were assisted by Megs and got to our purchase thanks for everything

Great service

From the first minute I stepped into the showroom at Cribbs Causeway I greeted by a lovely lady called Maggs who was so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Staff are friendly and helpful

Staff are friendly and helpful. Willing to walk round showing options. Patient as we discussed the options. I thought the store was well laid out with a good variety of designs/colours to choose from.

We had a very positive experience.

We had a very positive experience with Sofology. We went 2 or 3 times to choose our sofas and the assistant we met each time was so helpful and knowledgeable. She made all the difference to us deciding to buy. Great choice of sofas and materials and fabric. We are very happy with our choice.

Can’t wait for my sofa to Arrive!

Website was straightforward to order from. It helped having a store close by to go and check the sofa before buying too. Bigger positive was the store had the sofa in the colour I wanted too, so greatly appreciated seeing it before going home to order.
