All staff we dealt with were very helpful, answering questions and allowing time over several visits to let us try furniture and ensure it met our needs.
We received a prompt copy of the order and were able to set a delivery date.
If the delivery matches the customer service in the show room we would allocate 5 stars .

From the moment I walked in, the staff were so helpful. The lady who worked there was amazing! I wish I could remember her name; she had glasses and blonde hair, and amazingly, she spoke English and Polish. Her recommendation was so helpful and she made me feel so at ease. I can't wait for my sofas to arrive. I even popped in on my way home to visit again, just so i could see my sofas and the lady was so pleased to see me. I'll definitely visit again

Great customer experience
Very simple process to order and organise payment for our sofas. They haven’t arrived yet, so I can only comment on purchasing, but a great experience at Sofology Inverness, with help from Zuzanna
