Sofology - Wednesbury Avis 

We recently bought a sofa with the help of Patty, and she was exceptional. She listened to what we wanted, showed us all our options without any pressure, and helped us verify measurements. We left to double-check everything at home and came back a few days later to place the order with her. Delivery takes 8 weeks, but the in-store buying experience was fantastic thanks to Patty!

I was sold a sofa explicitly "pet friendly " the sales guy said well what a load of rubbish - sofa marks terrible has left severe claw damage on sofa just from my dog getting on to it she's a small dog with relatively small claws ..
Also good for pet hair removal they said utter rubbish dog hair clings like a magnet and in beds into fabric making it difficult to remove, contacted Sofology not interested once they've had your money so beware of this company
Sales guys tell lies just to sell you a sofa and customer service is shocking 😲
Facebook have a page of angry Sofology customers go see what issues hundreds of angry customers say about their experience with this despicable company that are still allowed to trade and treat customers badly they are not interested
Stay clear of this company - we are now in process of taking these guys to the small claims court ..

Greeted by a smile and really welcoming assistant, we was assisted by Patty and she helped us make our purchase easy by helping us with colours and designs along with sizes. With a good selection to choose from I would recommend Sofology to you.

We visited three times before we finally made our decision on which sofas we went for and each time the staff was especially helpful especially Bal and Ruby. We probably asked the same questions several times and wasn’t rushed and was allowed to make our own decision on comfort colour and style.

Abdul is Amazing. He really assists us well.

The staff were really friendly happy to offer advice about the right type of sofa for our space. We purchased a second sofa today as we have bought from sofology 10years ago (birmingham store) and the quality of sofa is great sofa still going strong

The staff were great and put us under no pressure on buying what I was looking for, the young lady knew every measurement on each recliner so very knowledgeable. When we had decided what we wanted which we didn't rush the rest of the process was done with ease and well explained. We will definitely use sofology again.

Purchased a sofa today from Mustafa, he was a lovely young gentleman who was very polite and knowledgable and helped us very well. A pleasure to buy a sofa from him.

Sofology was the last of about half a dozen stores we visited on the day.
We were greeted at the door and told the layout of the store.
We were then left to browse in peace.
We eventually identified a sofa group which we thought might suit our needs.
Enter - Sak, one of the staff.
Sak was very friendly, very knowledgeable and offered great guidance.
He talked us through the construction, features and options of the furniture and was able to provide us with all the information that we required.
His knowledge covered every aspect of the furniture in quite some detail and he additionally provided some good advice regarding choice of fabric, not just the colours and practicalities of it but also potential combinations of fabric within a suite set. Plus some useful aftercare information.
When we decided to buy, Sak took us through the options clearly and quickly.
We opted for the zero percent interest over 4 years and Sak set this up efficiently and surprisingly quickly.
Even when we went back the next day to make alterations to the order this was no trouble and again dealt with very quickly.
(A point to note here is that although we initially had the dimensions of our room to hand and the initial furniture order would have fitted, it was only when we later made up a scale diagram of our room and the prospective new furniture, that it became evident that only an additional 4cms depth on new each settee meant that they would have encroached unacceptably into walk throughs and radiator space! In an open showroom things can be deceptive!).

Overall the buying experience with sofology was extremely good and we would readily recommend them to others.

Still not delivered, and to make matters worse I paid while I had a van so delivery was not required but they would not let me take on the day.

I got a sofa to sit on and you can actually sit on it and that’s what I liked about the place👍🏻
