I recently brought the fitzrovia from the wednesbury store. It was the second time I visited this store after I had excellent customer service the first time from a lady called Patrycja. She wasn't pushy and didn't obvious follow me about, but was there when I needed to ask questions about different sofas.so I decided to go back to buy from her. She's a credit to sofology especially wednesbury branch with large competiitors on the same retail park. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from her again. Thank you Patrycja 10/10 from me.

Excellent salesman
Excellent service by Abs who gave us space but was there also to answer any questions and offer advice when needed We purchased our settees due to his professional and likeable approach even though we liked other companies items

Sofology, Wednesbury - Sak
Sak in Sofology, Wednesbury provided us with a really good service and helped us to find the right sofa for our home. We had been struggling to find one before we came to Sofology and upon coming here we managed to order it on the same day, which was amazing. Sak was really friendly and knowledgeable and ensured that we were fully informed of everything before making our decision. We would highly recommend a visit to this branch of Sofology as they're always eager to help you and find the best sofa for you. He didn't care how long it took for us to decide what we wanted and he supported us throughout our time in the store to ensure that we made a purchase that we would be happy with now and in the future as well.
