Easy to Purchase and Great Aftercare
I couldn't find the password from my previous software and what do Software Codes do, they give me and updated piece of software and a new password.

Hi, and thank you for your feedback. Usually the installation takes 1-2 minutes by following our guide, when buying the cheaper Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus. This is true to any online store if you buy the cheaper version.

Worked Out Well in the End
Had a hiccup at the start as I'd accidentally clicked the wrong product (I'd ordered Mac instead of PC), but Carl quickly responded to my email and got me sorted with a new code.
Though I couldn't install it via internet I followed the clear instructions for installing by phone and it works splendidly.
Will definitely use again, and have already recommended to other family members

Microsoft Office 2021
The Microsoft Office 2021download was a bit misleading; the instructions didn't mention anything about ISO files for example and I had to sort out how to install from that media myself, but Software-codes service were quick to respond to queries which was nice.

The Microsoft code did work and there was open communication and help when I had a query. However, the free upgrade you get without asking moves you onto a yearly price plan rather than the one off lifetime plan you wanted to buy so not much of a bargain and according to reviews a risk of losing all your documents after a year. transparency would earn full stars

Hi, I think you have it wrong. All our Office and Windows products are for lifetime. You do NOT need to buy again after 1 year. Only Office 365 has subscription.
