Great service and product
I recently ordered a dog carrier for my elderly dog, who is not able to walk around that much anymore. My order from Soho Poms arrived very soon, and although it was a great purchase, it was too small for my dog.
Soho Poms made the return of the item so easy and also ensured that I got a new carrier in a very short time. The new carrier is beautiful, sturdy, and well-made. My dog is happy in it. I definitely recommend this company: friendly and helpful service, along with great products.

As mentioned in our communication, the item you received in exchange was not incorrect. You acknowledged that the mix-up was due to a misunderstanding, and we worked quickly to help resolve it for you. As a small business, we do ask customers to cover the cost of exchanges to help us manage handling and processing fees—this is clearly outlined in our returns policy. Larger retailers like Zara and many others also charge for returns and exchanges, so we follow a similar standard.
Your exchange was processed promptly, and we are still awaiting the return of your item in order to proceed with the refund. You had kindly stated that you would remove this review, and as this has not yet happened, we are now responding here for clarity—especially for the benefit of others reading.

Poor return service
The item wasn't as I expected & not suitable for use, not the vendors fault.
But after paying £4.95 for postage, £3.39 to return the item & also being charged another fee on top of that to return the item (somewhere between £2-£3) & roughly £10 for the privilege of looking at an item, it does put me off ever using the company in the future.

Lovely carrying bags for dogs
Lovely carrying bags for dogs , very comfortable I have chihuahua and I bought small bag and suits very well, looks very beautiful, and all so beautiful packaging and I received little gift shampoo rose silky for poms , it’s smells amazing. Thank you 5 stars definitely highly recommend .

Beauty and Quality
The harness and the leash are absolutely beautiful, great quality and details. The hook used has a system that it is not only safer but high quality. The harness fabric is very soft and seems durable at the same time. The leash handle has fur that feels very nice when held. I will definitely highly recommend their products and will buy from them again. Hopefully there will be more availability of XXXS than what is currently offered .

Fantastic Service and Perfect for Poms!
I have a little black Pomeranian called Pepper, and with the sudden cold snap we're having, she refused to go on a walk because it was just too cold. That’s when I discovered Soho Poms—and I’m so glad I did!
The selection of warm clothing is absolutely wonderful, not just for Poms but for any small dog. I placed my order, but within an hour, I realised I’d chosen the wrong size for Pepper—oops! I contacted the company via email, and Charlotte was fantastic. She immediately amended my order to the correct size, and everything was dispatched the same day.
I’m so impressed with the customer service and the company’s clear love for Pomeranians. Thank you, Charlotte, and Soho Poms—you’ve gained a very happy customer (and a warmer Pom)!

Dog loves it but strap too short and itchy on my neck
The bag is comfortable and warm for my dog. He loves it. However the strap is too short even adjusting it to the longest and the material of the strap is rough and not pleasant on my neck when I’m carrying him. I’ve had to buy a cushion type thing to wrap around the strap to make it more comfortable for me. The bag fits my 19 week puppy but does not fit my 2 year old girl dachshund comfortably either so I’d say I’d want the bag to be a bit bigger too. I’m not returning it just because I used it yesterday and it got very muddy and so I’ve had to put it in the wash. I should have tried it out before I went on a huge walk with it. My puppy does love it though just a shame about the strap.
