Again for the price it is too high maybe if you include power pack that make more sense on price

Again for the price. Should include the power pack. Even though it was bought on a special was still high. Yes misleading on how warm it’s supposed to last. Also sizing is really bad bought a 3x could get it on but not zip. You guys really need to have more sizes. Maybe the 3 x was for a little foreign person. I’m 6’ 5”. 250 lbs. I normally wear a 2x in most jackets. And their still room. I ordered a 3 x just for more room and maybe a pull over hoodie. And can’t even zip it for fear if I did I would break the zipper.

Woman's style and Too Small

Came today. Woman's style with the zipper on the left, and the XL was too small. I wear a large shirt, but this XL is too small. I requested a return label and credit within 24 hours or I will go to my credit card company to cancel their payment. UPDATE...RETURNED FOR LARGER SIZE AT MY EXPENSE! NOT MY FAULT FOR THE WRONG SIZE. WE'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS.

Keep in mind you pay to return

Keep in mind you pay to return! Online it was all the rage about how good this vest was. Good marketing I guess, and too good to be true. Got the vest and only the neck portion got warm. Everywhere else nothing worked. Battery didn’t last long either. If I read these beforehand I would have never ordered. Don’t waste your time.

Heated Vest Review

I received the Heated Vest today. The zipper is a cheap plastic zipper. The zipper also zips up from the left vice the right. Upon my second wearing the zipper split from the bottom up to to the zipper handle. What a pain getting that fixed. The Vest works as advertised but I expected better quality for the money.

batteries won't fully charge, the instructions for charging are wtritten so small , a magnifying glass is required.

I wish I had not purchased this vest

I wish I had not purchased this vest. The zippers are cheap and fabric flimsy. I charged the battery over night (You have to buy it separately) and the next day it lasted about 40 minutes. The on button is confusing. Some vests have a cluster of buttons clearly marked H, M, L. This one is just a single button and you have to remember what color means which level of heat. After about a half hour, the button started to flash all the colors and the vest got cool. It's not worth the money and is just another source of frustration for me.

I ordered 2 heated vests for Christmas…

I ordered 2 heated vests for Christmas gifts. Both were supposed to be medium. I received 2 large vests instead. I emailed and was told to send pictures. After sending photos I didn’t get a reply. I called the number and could barely understand the person who answered. Ended up telling me I was going to have to ship them back before they would send the right ones, and pay to send them back. It’s their mistake!

My complaint is about return service

My complaint is about return service. I ordered a pair for my sister, then heard she didn't want them because she'd heard of design flaws. I called Solana about returns and got a string of offers, kept saying no, I don't want more products, I just want to return. I got the instructions, but the return address is a PO box, which increases the UPS price. It costs $28.42 to return gloves I don't want.

Heated vest

Vests sizes run small. For the northeran climate could use more heat for temps that are 10 degrees fahrenheit and colder. My zipper pull broke on first use. Wife's zipper pull broke in first week of use.

These vests are great

These vests are great! I have a ranch in the upper desert of California. Mornings are in the 30’s and lower 40’s. My guys love them!!!

We still layer but first thing in the morning they are great.

We also ordered the gloves and and look forward to them.

I'm disappointed

I'm disappointed. I had read that the vest stayed heated all day - when I kept it on the highest setting, it lasted only a couple of hours. On medium and low, it did go for about 5 hours.

I also bought the fast charger, and if it's fast I'd hate to see normal. I plugged the battery in about 5:00 pm and it wasn't finished charging at 11:30 before I went to bed.

It's misleading to advertise a price for a heated vest and then, oh yeah, the battery is sold separately.

I bought a couple for gifts and will have to warn the recipients that they aren't as good as I was hoping.

I bought the heated vest for my 89 year…

I bought the heated vest for my 89 year old mother n law for her 89th birthday.
She is always cold and has her thermostat up to 80 making it the where no one can handle being there!
Problem solved. Now she wears her vest and has her thermostat on 74°.

Selling defective and poor quality…

Selling defective and poor quality design products, and not standing behind them even when I followed their return policy guidelines.
First 'consumer beware' warning is they don't have a policy for defective merchandise.
They also claim 10,000+ positive reviews, but do not allow reviews.
2nd warning - instead of offering to pay for S&H return costs for defective product - they bargained with offering a portion of my charges to be refunded - first 30%, then 50%, and suggested I keep the item but pay to have it repaired.

It actually work!!!!

I brought the heated vest because I live in nyc and I work outdoor in vigorous weather. So on yesterday which would be December the 8. I finally put on my new vest; thank God because the temperature was 30 degrees Fahrenheit. It work! It was brutal on yesterday. Believe me I put that vest under my goat I was toasting. Guess what I didn't even turn it on!!! Just by putting it on it actually block the wind and the cold. Thank you
