The sonic i grew up with
The sonic i grew up with. The burgers were always hot totts, onion rings, hot. The sonic in Southaven on church road sucks. Food is always cold just horrible. It’s sad that the people that work there just don’t care. Dixie Queen is where I go hot burgers and fries, totts always hot.
Horrible Customer Service
I've been a loyal Sonic customer who loves their drinks, but lately, I've noticed an increasing number of issues that are hard to overlook. While some problems are minor, others are much more serious—hence this review. The food often arrives burnt, dried out, soggy, greasy, or tasting like old deep fryer oil, which is unappetizing. On several occasions, my drinks have either tasted off or weren’t what I ordered; for example, ordering a Coke sometimes means getting just carbonation, or it ends up overly syrupy—not worth the price.
Customer service has also been disappointing, with no improvements despite repeated complaints.
Regarding the app: It used to allow Happy Hour pricing at any time on mobile orders, but now you need a reward code. The problem is, only one reward can be applied per order, and you can't combine offers. I’m not willing to make multiple transactions just to use rewards. The app itself often lags, glitches frequently, and sometimes erases your order after showing a technical error, forcing you to start over. What was once a convenient experience has become increasingly frustrating.
There’s another issue: if you change your email, you can’t update it in their system, nor will they do it for you. You’re required to create a new account with your new email, but since your phone number is tied to your old account, you can’t reuse it. When I reached out to customer service, they told me, “Create a new account when you get a second number because that isn’t our problem!” This approach to business is extremely poor.

The Sonic in my neighborhood has important dramatically in the past year. The quality/service from employees has improved. Food quality has improved. Food times have improved but in all honesty still take a while, even when using the app. But in terms of fast food I feel Sonic has stepped up.

This is my third time coming to sonic in Trussville al and had a terrible experience like having to sit there for 30 mins because the lady didn’t get my order correct. I ordered 2 drinks once and left with 4 got charged for 3 they were all wrong then left with a free one that was still wrong.When I got there I ordered but when I was ordering the lady cut me off and made me sit there for at least 15 mins without saying anything and then when I wasn’t done ordering she walked outside and made me come up to the window when I wasn’t done ordering sitting at the menu then got my order wrong twice then was rude and her vape slipped and fell and I don’t like that and we read that it is against policy to have a vape in the store but especially not in the kitchen. Thank you for your time . P.S not trying to be a Karen but just warning you!

After a criticism of the server for ignoring me while talking to her friend, she told me, "never to come back"!!...
Honestly I was shocked. I tried to get the name of the server by asking the other server, but she refused to give it. How in the world will mgmt ever know what's really going on when staff cover for each other? Worst run fast food place I've ever seen.

Terrible experience in ordered a couple of drinks in mid afternoon. Our drive-through lady was nasty and rude to us. Looked at us like what the hell are we doing here? She didn’t ask us if we needed any spoons or straws for our milkshakes zero personality and a bad attitude. We went there Tuesday, January 6 around 2:30 PM.

Went o sonic , ordered two kids meal w apple juice and two combos , why the meat hella burnt and hard , no sauce and bread burnt as well . It's 8:44 pm thier shld be no reason for the food to be hard and burnt tf up , why ain't it fresh wtf . Now we have to eat it cuz who wasting mf money?

Sonic in Sheridan Arkansas is not a good place to eat. You do not get what you order. This has happened numerous times. People taking your order will not let you finish your order before interrupting you.
Very disappointed
Went to Sonic to try, since it has been years. Now I know why it has been years. Waited for a long time to have my order brought out. Left, and after leaving my wife started to try what we ordered. It was completely cold (chicken sandwich, chicken tenders, and fries) Even after reheating after got home. it did not taste good. Write Sonic off our list.

i sat in the drive through for 40 minutes for a grilled cheese fries mozz sticks and 2 drinks. i watched the sonic employees laughing and messing around through the door when the line was at least 5 cars long. honestly ridiculous. the food is not good enough for this long of a wait.
Terrible
Well, I still have not ever gotten a correct order. I went in for a chili cheese dog today drove all the way home and found a freaking raw hot dog in a bun. I'm so disappointed in this place. I have never gotten a correct order. I keep on giving it a second shot, but it's probably the last time that I ever visit this place.

Adriana has great customer service. Service with a smile. She took my order quickly presented my order quickly. Food was great, I had a breakfast toaster with sausage and she offered a pretzel which was also good. And informed about the pretzel special for the rest of the year. Awesome!!!!

The app is horrible. I complete my order which is very time consuming. For it to only show an error. I always have to put the information in 2 or 3 times. It is not worth the time I waste to order in the app. It takes a long time to get the order even when I am the only car at the store.

This is the worst leadership and customer service team in America. I thought KFC was bad, I was wrong. SONIC is the worst along with INSPIRE BRANDS which own sonic. I have been waiting for a call from their local manager for 28 days. INSPIRE BRANDS do not return your calls. The customer support team read scripts and can't deviate from those scripts. They do not have supervisors it appears. Worst. Don't eat at SONIC OR ANYTHING OWNED BY INSPIRE BRANDS. Find a another place.
