I bought this as a gift for my wife and it arrived timely and worked wonderfully. For some reason, it started sputtering and not measuring our the pours properly, so I submitted an email to their customer service team. They quickly responded and asked for a video and some pictures of the intake to ensure no blockages, and after confirming there was something wrong with the unit immediately notified me that they were sending a new one to replace it.
So satisfied with the aerator and their service! Highly recommend if you’re in the market

Not only is this a fantastic product the customer service was the best I have experienced in years!! Would absolutely recommend this product for wine lovers.

Last year a purchased the Sorso wine dispenser and truly loved how it worked and the difference in the taste of the wine. Unfortunately it stopped working properly all of a sudden. I contacted the company and the representative went out of their way to do everything possible to corrected the issue. I’m happy to say it was resolved and I’ll be enjoying my wine again. Thank you Sorso Wine for your kindness and understanding.

I normally don't leave reviews but their support team deserves one.I thought mine had stopped working after I cleaned it and I was honestly pretty annoyed. Sent them an email and someone replied that day and helped me figure out I hadn't put one piece back correctly 🤦‍♀️Working perfectly now. They were very patient with me too haha.

We were gifted a Sorso for Christmas from a relative. We had an issue with the device so I contacted customer service to trouble shoot our problem. The customer service team responded within 24 hours and after a few back and forth emails, they are sending us a replacement. We are very happy with the service we received!

Got mine about 3 weeks ago. So far so good!Easy to clean, charge lasts a long time and I love not having to eyeball my pour anymore. I usually set it to 150ml and that's perfect for me. Would buy again.

I love them!! Great quality! Love the free gifts but the wine opener could be a better one to match with the quality of the dispenser. Also nice to see if a cork is in there with see through bottom. However love the actual dispenser! I will write another review after I have had a little time to try it out better. So far it’s awesome! ❤️

From the box to the actual device, everything feels very polished.

I bought it during a promotion so I honestly wasn’t expecting the quality to be this good. It has a sturdy feel and the gold details are really pretty without looking tacky. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

This is the 4th Sorso I purchased, 3 were gifts to family members who are now enjoying it as much as I do.

Unfortunately the Sorso arrived when i was interstate and I only tried it for the first time last night. If you are willing to send me another reminder at the end of next week I will have some constructive comments to provide to you. Cheers.

Easy to use and makes the wine taste more fresh and delicious then just straight out of the bottle.

Three of us tried the same Cabernet, one glass straight from the bottle and one through the Sorso. All three chose the Sorso glass! That was enough proof for me.

At present, The Sorso functions well. This is my second Sorso. My first malfunctioned, and did not operate as designed shortly after 90 days. I tried contacting Sorso repeatedly via messaging and never received a response. It would have been nice to address my issue with someone to reach an amicable resolution of my issue.

Great product works well , easy to clean

Mine arrived with the outer shipping box pretty beaten up. I assume the delivery company had a rough day.Thankfully the Sorso packaging inside protected everything and the unit itself was completely fine.I still contacted the company because I wanted to check something and they responded immediately. Very professional experience overall.

The aeration Sorso provides is exceptional. Well worth the investment. All the features are all you need. Vacuum seal setting that checks and auto adjusts every 10 min, battery status display and pour size setting are all the information you need. The only features that I have had issues with, and its probably more me than the device, are the double tap to pour and draw out air. I find myself having trouble getting the device to respond when double tapping. I would highly recommend this device for Wine lovers everywhere.

Keeps wine fresh. User instructions could be a little more clear.
