This was a bday gift for my wife and she loves it!!

Great product and a great gift for the wine/nerd crowd that like the combination of science and wine appreciation.

The first one I got as a gift for a 75 yr old that has most everything and I was told it was the best gift he'd received! The next two I purchased were for a gift and one for myself, which I ended up giving away as well. So now I need a fourth for myself!

I love my Sorso. I have been wasting lots of wine. I only have a glass once or twice a week. No the wine stay fresh longer.

So much better than the last Sorso I bought. The silicone cork is far more robust. Wine is amazing. Can’t drink any bottle without it!

This is my second unit. I love the features of wine dispersing and win preservation. My only complaint is my prior unit quit working after a year.

In general I like it.
One issue I have is that the stainless steel 'straw' doe not reach the bottom of the bottle in many cases (I have wine from all over the world in my cellar). Also for some screw-cap bottles, the vacuum seal is not always effective.
Otherwise its very useful as most days I would take 1 or 2 glasses of wine - not a whole bottle.
Its is always a 'talking point' on the bar at home!

I was shocked it does actually make the wine taste better. If you love wine but don't love opening it 1-2 hours early to make sure it has the proper aeration this is something you need to order immediately. Additional feedback please consider making the stem at a slight angle to ensure it goes into the groove at the base of the bottle and move the electronics part to around the neck of the bottle rather than above.

I have not been disappointed with my Sorso. The Sorso aerates the wine perfectly and then keeps the remainder in the bottle fresh for days. No longer do I face the decision to finish a bottle or pour what remains the next day. I love it so much I’ve bought my brother one for Christmas.

We love our Sorso! So much so that we just bought 9 more for Christmas gifts.
I gave it to my husband for a Father's Day gift. He uses it almost every day. He claims that he drinks less because he can pour a precise amount.
It aerates the wine as it is i being served and keeps the leftover wine in the bottle fresh, as it extracts all the unnecessary air from the bottle.
If you are a wine drinker, this product is for you.

I received this as a bday gift and couldn’t wait to get another one!! I love it!! It aerates during pouring and then cuts the pour without spilling a drop (that I really like)!! The fact that it removes the air from the bottle for storage, seals the bottle and maintains the seal on the bottle, is awesome. Every wine lover needs one… or more!!

Love the product but customer service is lacking. I ordered a set of three. I paid for a ttgift boz m it came crushed. I also didn’t get the bottle opener. A free gift but none the less I didn’t get it. Back a forth with dozens of email and pictures and was basically told tough luck Sand the gift box wasn’t replaced or credited either.

This might sound silly but I was genuinely impressed by how it arrived.The shipping box was sturdy, everything inside was protected properly and the actual product packaging is beautiful.I ordered it for myself but immediately thought this would make a really nice wedding or Christmas gift.

Unit stopped working at 8 months. Protracted email exchange with "customer service" (have to send video, photos). Then they claim silicone "appears to be torn," is "physical damage" and not covered under warranty. Too many other options out there. Do not buy!

My daughter bought me a Sorso wine aerator as a gift. I absolutely love it however it quit dispensing wine after a couple of months. I contacted Sorso Customer Service. They responded quickly and asked me to send a video so they could see what the aerator was doing. Then I was asked to send a picture of the bottom of the unit with the metal tube removed. After I sent them that I received an email saying they would replace the unit for me. I was thrilled! My experience with the Sorso C/S has been very positive. They responded quickly to all of my emails and they’ve stood behind their product and offered to replace the one I had which was not working. I recommend the product and commend Sorso for their timely and efficient response to my concerns.

I purchased the 3-pack of aerators and really enjoy using them. They do a good job of preserving your bottle of wine while also aerating it. However, 1 broke 6 months later. I reached out to the company, and they sent me a replacement. I will continue to recommend these due to their customer service!

After several months of usage the unit stopped dispensing. Contacted customer support, they requested a video which was sent. They then requested a picture of the bottom of unit and after that was sent they forwarded instructions to repair. After correction was completed the unit still didn't work. I have since sent numerous emails and photo showing that it was corrected as suggested. NO RESPONSE they haven't even acknowledged my emails 5hey have ghosted me. This has to be the worlds worst customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
