Very Happy with products
I asked a question regarding a product and how long it would take to get delivered?
I was told 2 to 3 days and it did come in two working days. Very happy and impressed by the none BS approach. Definately buy again and rcommend to my.guitar buddies.

Great service and experience
Ricardo was very accommodating and made time for me to do in person collection. He took the time to make sure that the hardware I bought would fit my tremolo. Even gave me a free fretboard wax to take home and try out.
Guitar looks great with the new hardware and holds tune so much better now.
Highly recommend their store and service, I'll be going back again for sure!

An easy to navigate website stocking an item I couldn't find elsewhere in Australia at a price that was way too competitive to ignore. Postage was super quick and packaged well.

It's a mad world where my best option to buy a US made product and get it to the UK is to buy from Australia! However I can't fault this shop, quick, efficient and great service.
