Superb Customer Service and Pricing
My wife and I are long-term clients of the Sovereign Cruise Club. We have booked multiple cruises on various lines including Seabourn, Explora Journeys, Scenic and Holland America.
The customer service levels over the years has not only been superb, but consistent as well. This is important as standards can change or drop over time. Their communication (written and verbal) has been clear, professional and responsive. We currently have four cruises booked with them and would not hesitate to recommend them.
