Help for dental and eye test costs
I find it very useful with help towards cost if new glasses and dentist/ hygienist costs. The website is easy to use for claims and response is efficient.

Dental claim
My request for a Dental claim was rejected. When I checked my account I found that I had not used any of my allowance so far.
I emailed yourselves and this was then sorted out.
If I had not checked my account and accepted your response I would have lost money.

The email you received directed you to the 'Claims History' area of the online customer area, where you can view the full details of your claim, including the reason it wasn't initially paid.
In this case, the receipt submitted showed an outstanding credit, which indicated the treatment had not been paid for in full. As we can only pay claims for treatment that has been received and paid for in full, we were unable to approve the claim at that stage.
Following your enquiry, we reviewed the additional information provided and were able to reassess and pay your claim.
If you'd like to discuss your claim in more detail, our Customer Support team will be happy to help.

Sovereign Health offers very good service
Have been a member for years and i love this system. It works for me. I have been diagnosed with bladder cancer and never know if i may need a hospital stay, but Sovereign makes me feel safe. The payments system comes through very quickly, which is great.
