Daria was incredible she gives the most amazing massages I’ve ever had. The ambience and the receptionist were also lovely.

I had a truly amazing massage with Louise. I was so deeply relaxed afterwards I was still
floating on a cloud an hour later.

This is my absolute favorite place to get a massage in Bayswater, London. Lana and Leana are both fantastic masseuses. I always leave there feeling like I’ve been fixed loool. Deserves every 5 star!

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.
The treatment felt inappropriate and unprofessional.

I booked a deep-tissue massage at the Islington branch but had to end the appointment after just 20 minutes because I felt extremely uncomfortable.

The treatment fell well short of what I would expect from a professional deep-tissue massage. Simply rubbing someone’s body with rapeseed oil does not constitute a deep-tissue treatment, particularly when the client is not consulted about the type of oil being used beforehand.

I was also concerned by the lack of communication and attention to my comfort throughout the appointment.

Overall, they should not advertise as a "massage" clinic. What they offer is far from a spa and massage experience.

Everytime I am back, I feel home and I can switch off from all my thoughts and busy weeks. Staff is lovely and their service very efficient and welcoming. Highly recommended and I will keep on going to relax and recover my body!

Great experience from start to finish. The spa was clean, welcoming and had a really relaxing atmosphere. Lisa was fantastic — professional, friendly and made the whole experience even better. I left feeling super relaxed and refreshed. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Highly recommended. Great therapists overall and they have expanded to account for the demand of their good work. I have specific needs so am careful about who I go to. I can't rate Sophia enough. Catherine & Stella are also amazing! Thank you for helping to be able to manage my pain :)

I had a great experience at the Chiswick High Road branch.
Before the session started, I was asked follow-up questions from my questionnaire I had filled out ahead of time.
I had booked a de-stress session - but was offered a tailored session for my issues and pain. It was absolutely worth it and Maria was wonderful.
I have since gone for a follow-up session and would highly recommend it to others.

Had an exceptional 60 min back massage with Fruszina. She really seemed to understand how to help, listened to what my body needed and had such a good understanding of pressure points. She was highly skilled, had great strength and I felt extremely comfortable. It’s rare to find a masseuse of this caliber in London, will definitely be back.

Last week I went in for a massage since it was final few days of break and I must say that the massage was indeed relaxing. Janos kept checking on me and was was very skillful. I highly recommend a session if you haven't tried it yet!
