Ordered from this company sent a damaged product that also doesn't work in March. Still no refund, there is a reason why they delete comments and have no reviews on the Facebook page. Shocking customer service avoid at all costs.

One of the most awful companies and customer service I have come across. Somebody took the control panel of my cross trainer when it was outside my home while a new floor being laid inside. I bought the trainer secondhand and had no documents. When I wanted to buy a new control panel and contact Sportstech this (Below) was the reply I got (because I have not originally bought the product and had no Customer number).

Boy, what a scam. Ordered Cross Trainer CX2 in Jan 2021, delivered at end of April. 3rd June both Wavy washers on the handles snapped meaning the machine makes a TERRIBLE crashing noise with each revolution. Contacted customer services, they say the washers are out of stock and not due in until the end of August, they would then take THREE WEEKS to ship to me. This means they will arrive by end of September. So for £800 paid out in January, I’ve had 3 month wait for delivery, one months use, then 4 months of no use waiting for the spare parts. This is not acceptable. At least the banging noise is so loud it covers up the squeaking of the plastic parts rubbing together.

Ordered mid March 21 & delivered 18 May 21 SX600 static bike - Delivered within the stated time period from Germany to Newcastle area.
Very good packaging so no damage to bike.
I assembled the bike quite quickly - minor irritation - a little tedious with the identity info when connecting the plug & sockets under the handle bars.
Purchased a UK to German mains adapter.
Switched on and fully functioning.
8 June 21 - still working & no issues.

Awful experience, avoid. Also do not fall for the nonsense about it being in the UK, the company is in Germany and everything is shipped from there.

Ordered treadmill in February and was told it would arrive in early March. No Treadmill in April despite chasing every week, finally decided to cancel, was told like another reviewer "too late it has already shipped". I tried contacting the courier every single day to get them to return it, no response, I suspect now this was part of the scam and they only ship when you try and cancel.

Was contacted by a UK courier at the end of April who apparently had my treadmill (wow so it took a whole month to go from Germany to UK, did it travel by tortoise?). Refused delivery and told them it was cancelled.

It is now June and I have been chasing for my refund since April. Finally I have had to get Paypal involved and lo and behold as soon as I did, Sportstech agreed to refund me.

Who knows what would happen if anything went wrong with it had I accepted it?

They may be inundated, they may have as they say problems with Covid and Brexit but telling people what is happening with their order is the first and last thing they should do.

I place the order a month ago. The smith machine should be delivered on 7-14 May. They do not reply to emails. Shocking experience.

I have ordered a cross trainer six weeks ago. It was damaged, so I asked for a replacement. They answered that they would pick it up and send a new one. That was more than a month ago.
Whenever I ask for an update they say that they are working on it and that it is just difficult "because of Brexit" and that I should wait until I get called by them. And of course they still have my money.

Do not buy from this company! I did and I’ve never regretted something so much. I ordered their E600 Recumbent Bike back in February 21. I did my research and read the reviews and they were pretty positive, some talked about delays because of COVID and Brexit but on the whole they seemed reliable. I went ahead and ordered, I was given an initial delivery window of 12 April - 03 May and when I contacted them they told me it was a couple of weeks away and would be with me by 20 May. By this time I had seen more recent reviews about delayed deliveries and scamming and had become quite concerned. I have been e-mailing their customer service to try and cancel the order but they refuse saying that it’s been dispatched and they can’t cancel it and I should refuse delivery and then when it returns to them they will give me a refund. I obviously didn’t think that was very acceptable given the considerable delay so I asked if they would contact the logistics company to which they said it would do no good. I asked for the shipment details of which they eventually gave me the shipment number and a company name: IDS. I have contacted my Credit Card company to dispute the charge over non-delivery of goods. I am also going to see if I can track down this IDS company to get them to take the shipment back to SportsTech as Sportstech themselves won’t do this. Absolutely shocking customer service. Overall, a terrible experience and I fear I will not get either my exercise bike nor my £729 back. I don’t know if this company has always been a scam or if they’ve just crumbled under the pressure of COVID and have poor choice in logistics companies and this has all been compounded by trade issues with Brexit however, irrespective of all that their deliberately unhelpful customer service and refusal to process or help with fixing the matter is squarely on them.

Thanks to Sportstech, I now have my own fitness centre at home and no longer need a gym. The equipment is all very high quality and easy to set up. I am happy to recommend you.

I got the tip from my friend to look here, as I have been looking for a piece of sports equipment for home for a long time. I found everything I was looking for and the lift went very quickly despite the Corona.

Bad quality and no contact after sell. They are shameless scammer. I bought sports tech treadmill F17 from their website , they sent damaged item , I emailed them 2 times and was waiting for 2 moths but they never contacted me at all. It looks scam and they do not contact after sell, sound system is very bad quality , heart rate device very low quality like a toy , running surface very thin.
The main thing is they say 1 year warranty but they never response after sell.

I was delighted to find the shop during my stay in Amsterdam. My partner and I felt very comfortable, like friends!

Update.
Luckily I had paid them using paypal. So I raised a refund claim with Paypal and after 4 days I got my money back. They have also come to collect there incorrect machine ! IT was not a mare mistake they purposely sent us a different cheaper machine and they never apologized for doing it.

I am glad the nightmare is over and I will never buy or recommend this company! Stay A way from it! Buy at your own risk!

I ordered a treadmill 24th February. I'm still waiting for it. I've sent lots of emails trying to chase this up. I've only had 1 reply saying it's delayed because of covid & Brexit. And I should recive it in 12-15 working days. This was in March.

No complaints. I got the vertical climber which is in good working order. Delivery took long but was informed in advance even before purchase, I think this was maybe due to a combination of the covid situation & brexit

Bought a treadmill via Amazon - failed delivery because they used a wholly unsuitable delivery company that were unable to deliver said item. One month on and I'm still waiting for either the item or my Amazon AtoZ refund.
