I ordered my gym equipment on 19.01.21 over £900 worth Model HGX200, with estimated delivery date of March 2020, which seemed like a long delivery, but given that we were in the middle of a covid pandemic I made allowances. Since the initial order confirmation I have seriously struggled to get any communication from them. If you try to call them in Germany you only get an answering machine which obviously speaks German. I don't speak German so I was unable to get transferred to anybody who speaks English. You would think that If you are going to sell your goods in the UK you should have somebody who can speak English to help with Queries. If you email them you get an automated response (In german) telling you somebody will come back to you within one week (still waiting). After many months of emailing and calling (now April 2020) I eventually found a friend of a friend who could speak German to call them and chase my order. I was told by my friend that I would receive it March 20th. I did receive a text from DPD to say it was coming so I booked the day off to receive it. Much to my disappointment the only item to arrive was one pull up bar out of the whole gym??. Most annoying - why bother sending it at all. Not worth booking the day off to receive on pull up bar. Its a joke!!! I now have an email from them telling me that my gym will arrive on the 09.04.21. Today is the 21.04.21 and I still have no gym equipment and no communication from Innovamaxx (sportstech) to explain why I have not received anything other than a pull up bar. DO NOT use this company unless you speak fluent German and have a lot of time spare to spend chasing your delivery.

Very happy with my Sportstech F17 treadmill.
It arrived in pristine condition and was up and running pretty much straight out of the box. This was a pre ordered purchase from February 2021 and delivery was in mid April…. Not to bad considering Covid-19 and Brexit caused shipping delays. The only issue I have is it was not shipped with a UK power cord or adapter and this is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars …. There is a few negative comments on Trustpilot about this company, but I personally think this product and company are excellent !!!

I bought 2 pieces of equipment last year, a rower and a cross trainer! Absolutely rubbish, rower was constantly in a high power setting and nothing I could do to change it, I am an engineer! The X trainer lasted about 6 months before packing up! Worse thing was no ability to contact anyone, sent endless emails resulted in sending a letter! No reasonable response. I will never buy anything without a UK presence of some sort, this is from a business executive who has championed overseas suppliers! All this crap about German technology, forget it with Sports Tech!

This is where l have to agree with the FEW good reviews. Ordered an F10 Treadmill. Arrived in two weeks direct from Germany which in my opinion is good considering the Brexit issue. It appears to me (first one of these l have purchased) it is very well built as l would expect with German production. As one person mentioned it may be that the happy Customers have not left a review which does tend to happen. Lets face it if you are happy with something, you are happy. Purchased a F10 Treadmill 7th Feb, had to chase a few times to ask for hold up on delivery, arrived around 7th March. Put together the pieces as needed, straightforward. started up the Treadmill, and a terrible rattling sound remained. Emailed Sportstech, they told me to open the motor. I said no one because unable to, two because did not want to cause product damage. Have emailed at least 20 times since, no response, have asked for a refund, no response. Likely will need to take up with uK consumer right ombudsman.

If I could give 0 star that would be better. Ordered treadmill 2nd feb and arrived 2 month later. Treadmill damaged and screws weren’t there. It’s just like a used treadmill. Contacted them and said they would send them and refund me 50£ and never arrived. Still continue to contact them and keep giving me excuses that the dispute I opened on PayPal has caused them problem in their system. Which is a lie paypal told me they can refund even if there is an opened case. Thy told me to cancel the case so they will refund me which I did and now they are not refunding me nor sending the screws. I paid 400£ just to put the treadmill aside as it’s completely useless without screws. I have contacted the international fraud company and they will deal with them as they are thieves. So don’t buy anything from them. Whatever 5 stars you see here it’s just people from their company putting it not real buyers. Don’t be fooled. They still peoples money and you would never get anything or a reply from them.

I brought a sx600 spin bike, I didnt think it was built very well, all information and videos were in German, the plug was German, so I couldn't plug it in, I waited 2 months for it to arrive, was very disappointed with it, contacted the customer service for there 60 day money back guarantee, its been over two weeks and they still haven't replied, not a company you want to deal with, not sure how to get my money back now

We purchased a cross trainer from SportsTech and only after 6 weeks of use the main frame completely snapped. My son was using it at the time and caused him injury as it fell forward. I contacted SportsTech to report the issue and requested a refund as the equipment is not fit for purpose and now totally unusable. I too was told I am not entitled to a refund and the only resolve which they were very insistent on was for me to dismantle and they would arrange a collection at some stage to go back to Germany and they would repair or they could send out the parts and I could repair myself. After politely trying to put my point across this wasn't acceptable, they weren't going to budge and I opted to have the parts sent out (which I then had to identify from a numbered chart they emailed). I am now being told they don't have the parts and would notify me when they do. To say I'm hacked off would be an understatement as we're now left with this broken monstrosity and nearly £400 light! Avoid

I can’t grasp all of these bad reviews! I ordered a treadmill it arrived within the timescale, packaged really well, works perfectly! I love it! And I’ll sure be recommending Sports Tech to my friends and family. I believe all the happy customers haven’t written reviews because I had no trouble at all. Now to get fit!!!!

Having read so many bad reviews I think people are more likely to write a review when they have a bad experience than a good one. I can honestly say that my SX500 Speedbike arrived within the stated delivery time, is of excellent quality and I am extremely pleased with it. I have just placed another order with them and to be honest, due to Covid restrictions, import/export disruption at the ports, I quite expect the delivery to be later than they have stated, I shall have to wait and see.

I bought a F31 treadmill less than a year ago. It was delivered with a damaged wire to the consul so was un usable. It took several weeks to get a reply from the company based in Germany to supply a cable which was wrong so they had to send another correct cable. Once in use I found that the USB wouldn’t work and after a few weeks of use the treadmill packed up with a beeping and flashing consul display. More attempts to contact supplier and eventually they sent another consul, which by the way you have to fit yourself. I then discovered that the incline function was either flat or would fully raise to the point of popping off the motor and electronics cover. After complaining again and asking for a full refund which I was advised wasn’t possible. They offered another replacement consul but advised that due to brexit they were no longer able to ship to Uk.
I continued to use the treadmill in its limited mode but then today a loud crack was heard, I’ve stripped it down and the deck has cracked in half rendering the product now useless after less than 8 months actual use. Very disappointing for nearly £700 and no support offered from supplier. If you read this the put your money anywhere but sports tech to avoid the disappointment of this poorly manufactured product.

why not repot to the police, if this company is a fraud (cyber-crime). they will hunt these people down easily by their IP addresses and they can contact the Interpol and the Europol. Interpol and Europol use GroupIB for cyber-crime!

If all of you now report to the police, they will take actions immediately. Because it is not difficult to find them. They might be from the Eastern Europe, forget about Germany!

I know brexit has really not helped as they are made in Germany . Honestly don’t believe everything your read . I’d buy from them again .

Waited 6 weeks for delivery of a treadmill, it arrived on Saturday but unable to assemble it, the computer part is much wider than the upright bars to connect it to, sent 20+ messages and no response, can’t find number to call

I ordered this item (bike) at the beginning of January 2021, had a text on my mobile on the 19th January 2021 to say they will notify me when it has been shipped but have heard nothing since. On reading these reviews I think I have made a massive mistake but don't know how to contact them to cancel and get a full refund. Can anyone help me please?

If I could give zero stars I would.

Customer service is non existent and my product is due to arrive 2 months after I've ordered it. Can't cancel it due to no customer service. Awful
