I checked where my package was, yesterday it was already at the delivery hub for a few days, and now it says that it's back at the sorting facility!!! Terrible company. Their business should be shut down!!!

Always delay, and when you try to self pick up they won't allow you. If there was a 0 star option I would always choose it.
Also they don't call you or message you whenever your parcel arrives. They'd just make it an unsuccessful delivery item.

EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE MUST BE ON MARCH 4, BUT UNTIL TODAY MARCH 8, ITS ALREADY 4 DAYS DELAYED!! THE DELIVERY SERVICE OF SPX IS UTMOST PROBLEMATIC DESPITE FRAGILITY OF THE PRODUCT. I PAID AN AMOUNT OF 58,000 PESOS AND THE PRODUCT HAS NOT YET DELIVERED TO ME. CUSTOMER SERVICE OF SHOPEE ARE ALSO USELESS!! I’VE TALKED TO MORE THAN 10 LIVE AGENTS, 1 SUPERVISOR AND 2 MANAGERS BUT THEY ARE ALL USELESS!!

Comically bad. Out for delivery for 3 weeks. Driver states he can't find a 80,000Sq/m factory. The only address on the road. Yet drivers from all over Europe come and go all day and night.

Dude genuinely so pissed like I waited for days to get my package look I missed the first one that's my fault but understand that I am still a student and that I did have the money for my package and I specifically told the driver to tell my uncle that the money was under my keyboard and to go get it next thing I know I didn't get the package and a few days of waiting literally a week of waiting for it to arrive so I cheeked shopped again to see if it was going to be dropped to my place NO it got canceled NO CALL NO NOTHING LEGIT JUST GOT A MSG ME TWICE SAYING ITS OUT FOR DELIVERY AFTER THE DAY I MISSED IT AND NO NOTHING NO PACKAGE AGAIN AND NEXT THING I KNEW IT GOT CANCLED LIKE WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS IM GENUINLY PISSEDD ABT THIS YOU HAVE THE WORST DRIVERS EVER AND THE WORSE CUSTOMER SUPPORT REACH OUT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS BEFORE CANCELING MY ORDER YOU ASSHOLES !

Second, sa Isa Kong parcel sinabi ding gusto ko ibalik bukas Yung parcel, Hindi din bumalik. As I can say worst courier ever, ang lazy nang riders nyo.

Encounter the same issues many times. The most irresponsible, unreliable.. useless courier. Most of my purchases on Shopee are all handled by SPX. I'm as regular paying customer and had been treated like a bagger... begging for my orders to be delivered

I'm so disappointed with SPX, Jnt is much better and easier because SPX attempt to cancel my order without me canceling it!, I thought they will redeliver it, but you know what it came back to delivery hub and later on it was returned to seller.
SPX rider if your reading this, I hope you can give you best understanding your customers, not because they weren't home, you will cancel it saying receipt reject it that will appear on the system and unable to redeliver, stop being lazy! 😥 instead put unsuccessful delivery attempt!.
SPX higher ups, please discipline your riders!

Worst courier ever!!!! They have the longest delayed on deliveries ever without typhoon or any calamities. I don’t know why they’ve removed other courier on shopee. Even their customer service sucks.
Delivery was slow
Delivery was slow, two days, it was just out for delivery, then the delivery attempt failed, even though the rider didn't contact me.
SPX PH is too slow
SPX PH is too slow. If you can give them a negative score, it will be a commendation for their delivery service.
With other delivery couriers, they only take within 2 to 3 days for parcels to arrive, but when the only option is SPX PH, it takes 5 or more days.
When parcels arrive at SPX Pangasinan DC, it takes 2 days for them to process them.
When it gets to the destination, it still takes 2 days before delivery.
This is way too sluggish for a company that claims "EXPRESS". Maybe it is Express pertaining to payments but not for the service.
