Bad customer service and unethical demand.

On 4/18 I got a call that my order with estd arrival of Apr 19-24 has arrived. Despite a complete house address, the delivery person was asking where my house is, so I told him. To my surprise, he asked me if I could pick up my order because it is bulky. I told him I paid 784 pesos and expect my order to be delivered to my house like all my Lazada orders in the past and was never asked to pick it up. He argued that he was not asking me to pick up my order which he did so I asked how much he was willing to pay me if I did. In the end he agreed to deliver it but he will deliver small items first. He doesn't know what time mine would be delivered. Bad conversation and service.

Out for delivery then say cannot…

Out for delivery then say cannot contact customer but never contacted me then photo on order is not my address it is the delivery depot address. Now today something out for delivery even now at 9pm. Other delivery eventually turned up next day. At moment I do not trust them as service is absolutely awful. Worse courier ever

Failure to attempt delivery. Parcel returned.

Flash does not have an office in our Municipality, but they drive through our town, right past city hall, and take our parcels to another town in another province. There, our parcels sit for 1-2 days. Except my most recent shipment. Today, my parcel, worth more than P10,000, sat in the other town for 4 days until Flash triggered Return to Sender. Now it's gone (having passed through our town again) and it contains customized products that I probably cannot receive refunds for. Customer service says they cannot reverse a Return trigger and it must be sent back to the sender in another country.

Kung pwede lang talagang bigyan sila ng 0 star, bibigyan ko talaga sila. (Pikarabawan-lalabuan Tamparan branch) Napaka poor ng costumer service nila, lahat nalang may multa, noong una mumultahan daw nila kami dahil na double yung parcel namin tapos yung na receive namin is yung hindi "out for delivery", tapos tumatawag sila kahit 9pm na dahil mumultahan daw kami, tapos sila pa yung galit. Second is yung hindi nila naitext yung delivery niya tapos kailangan ma trace kung kaninong rider yun dahil dito sa amin sa probensya ikaw yung pupunta sa delivery hub at hindi nila iyon i de-deliver sa bahay niyo, so sabi daw ng management nila is may multa daw yung parcel pag i-trace, tapos kami pa sinisisi nila dahil hindi daw o wala dawng nai-text sa amin sila pa yung galit. I hope na ma fix or gawa ng paraan ito dahil nakakairita na, at isa pa kapag kukuha ka ng parcel is maghihintay kapa ng 20-30 minutes bago nila maibigay sayo yung parcel mo.

Pinaka worst na courier sa balat ng lupa, dapat magsara na yung company niyo, flash pero, sobrang bagal at sobrang tagal ng delivery kahit, sabi sa tracking ng order parcel is out for delivery pero kasalanan mo pa na dika macontact daw? Pero Wala naman nare receive na tawag or text manlang, di niyo gayahin J&T at SPX Express mga responsible mga yun sa mga parcel ng customer nila hindi kagaya niyo.

Pakyu flash express

Hello, just wanted to point out that no one called or texted me today regarding my parcel. But it says that I wasnt able to reach out.
This has happened more than twice, and I haven't ever complained.
I called MULTIPLE TIMES but it was not picked up. I texted and there was no reply.
Are those indications that I was the one who was out of reach?

I have been ordering online but I have never experienced this kind of courier. It's definitely the worse. Saying that they have attempted in delivering in 3 consecutive days meanwhile there's not even one attempt. Unable to contact for 3 consecutive days in 3 different riders.

This is my second order same product ... All are missed delivery and then return to seller even though there's no attempt of delivery has been made .. no Rider came to my house then suddenly missed delivery????!!!!!!! How many attempts you said flash?? 4 to 5 times missed attempt of delivery ?? You have not came to my house!!!!!!!!!! No delivery has been made at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Flash San Miguel branch!!!!!!!!!

If there is a zero star rating I will never think twice to give it here. My parcel was tagged as wrong address even though the address was not change for over 3 years from the day I started using shopee ph, worst is when I reportrd it through shopee csr flash express emailed me saying it was delivered to the wrong hub i stead of the neareset hub from my address. If that is the case, why they tagged it as wrong delivery address?? Is it just not to accept the courier's fault and to put the blame on shopee customer. Flash is the worst courier ever here in the Ph and I know that for over 5 years since they started here in the Ph.

Absolutely terrible delivery service!

Absolutely terrible delivery service! The driver repeatedly marks my parcel as “failed delivery” without ever attempting to deliver it. There is no call, no knock, and no message!

Because of this, multiple of my Lazada orders have been cancelled. We contacted the driver several times, and he stated that he could not deliver the parcel due to its size, which is unacceptable as no delivery attempt was made in the first place.

I have already reported this courier to Lazada.

This issue clearly stems from the driver’s lack of effort to complete deliveries, which wastes customers’ and lazada supplier's time and causes unnecessary frustration. Please address this matter seriously and improve your delivery standards!

Terrible

Terrible, kept on missing my doctors appointment trying to wait for their driver, I call and send sms but no response and at the end of the day delivery fail, then the driver reported he was calling me and I was not answering, which was a big lie. Our door was even open so that I can hear if someone was calling or knocking the gate. I reported the driver to their cs and was promised expedited delivery, but still no delivery. Please stop using their service, you’ll regret it.

BROO THIS IS THE LIKE THE WORST COURIER EVER. IVE ORDERED THREE TIMES WITH THEM AS THE COURIER AND LET ME TELL YALL THOSE THREE ITEMS DID NOT ARRIVE—NOT EVEN A SINGLE PARCEL. ALL OF THEM GOT STUCK ON A DELIVERY HUB THEN LATER MARKED AS LODT. BRUH AND THEIR DRIVERS AINT SAFE TOO, THEY LITERALLY FAKE THE DELIVERING THING, THEYLL PUT IT ON THE APP THAT THEYRE GOING TO DELIVER YOUR PARCEL BUT, THEY NEVER DID. I LITERALLY WAITED THE WHOLE DAY JUST FOR THAT PARCEL AND NO, NOTHING ARRIVED—NO DRIVER, NO MOTORCYLE, NO PARCEL. THEN THEYLL PUT IN THE APP THAT "THE RECIPIENT MISSED DELIVERY"??? JUST BE BLAMING EVERYONE ELSE BUT THEIR LAZY BUMASS. ATP, JUST CLOSE TS BRO🥀
