June and Alex were very helpful during my sons recent sale process as he was out of the country.
The process from the offer to completion would have been alot quicker if it was not for St Helens council taking so long with the Local Search.

Stephen Duffy and Georgia Nicholas were so helpful during the probate sale of my Dad's house. The photos & narrative showed the property off beautifully and emphasised its positive features. Stephen ensured potential buyers were aware of the potential of the property and possible ways to upgrade it. He advised us on which buyers were in the best position to proceed and ensured that only genuine buyers viewed the property. He even popped in every week when the property was vacant to ensure we complied with the insurance policy. I would highly recommend them from start to finish.
