June was great from the first phone call. I was unsure whether we should view as the property was a bit over our budget. She encouraged to go and view and see what we thought. Good job we did we put an offer in straight away! June was great answering all of our questions.
Towards the end of the sale we got into a bit of unusual situation we our sellers. Alex was amazing! He stayed calmed, reassured us and guided us through the process as smoothly as he could. He was always on the end of an email and actually showed up in person when we needed him most.

I cannot speak highly enough of Stephen Pennington at the St Helens branch. I was a buyer looking at a property which was quite sought after. Stephen contacted me directly and bent over backwards to fit me in with a viewing. Unfortunately, not all estate agents are as helpful to buyers and I have refused to make offers on houses / view where the agents have had terrible attitudes.
I received a follow up call from another member of staff following my viewing who was also absolutely lovely. I would not hesitate to recommend this agency to sellers because they are fantastic with buyers so you are more likely to sell!
