I am very happy that one of my creditors has agreed to a settlement. So far that was quicker than I expected.
When I called to ask questions about how payment for the remainder for this creditor would work, the agent I spoke with was very helpful in answering all of my questions. She explained how I would continue to make payments to you and you would take care of making the payments. I asked many questions, and I have trouble remembering words to describe what I was asking for. She was very patient with me and would ask me questions to see if she had the right word I was trying to remember. I appreciated that so much.

Was online and having a hard time trying to understand some of the financial statements and called and was put thru to Customer service. They were able to walk me through it very easily to where I was able to understand it in minutes. Very friendly and pleasant.

Agent was very polite and answered all my questions.

I DONT EVER RECEIVE ANYTHING SHOWING WHERE MY MONEY IS GOING AND NOW IT IS EVEN GETTING HARDER TO CONTACT THEM I DONT WANT MY MONEY WASTED SO HOW DO I GET OUT OF THERE CONTRACT AND GO TO SOMEONE THAT WILL SHOW WHERE MY MONEY IS GOING

I faithfully made payments to the Star New Finance program for two years, even paying more than I originally owed on my credit cards, including an additional $1,100 to finish faster. However, I was later told I had to continue paying for eight more months, as the program only managed to cover 3 of my 6 banks. I had to cancel the other 3 banks on my own and ended up personally giving the program $9,500. I find the program to be non-transparent and insensitive to the real situation and effort of each person; instead of helping, it leaves users more in debt. I do not recommend entrusting your money or time to this program. Thank you for your response. My dissatisfaction is not based on theoretical comparisons about making minimum payments over the long term, but on my real experience in your program, which did not deliver what was promised. In addition to not achieving the expected results, my credit was negatively impacted and I ended up losing nearly twice as much. Had I seen in advance the comments and experiences shared by other customers, I would not have enrolled with your company. There are other programs that take clients’ real needs into account and provide a more human and supportive approach. My intention is simply to help other consumers make an informed decision.

This place didnt pay anyone they were supposed to for 3 yeaars, then we ended up getting sued by the banks. While over all that time interest added up so now were in EVEN more debt!!!! Its a scam!!!! They kept all the money!!!!! Its a "legal" loophole they have taken advantage of.

I get not communication. 5 days ago I requested to cancel because its ridiculous. Now there telling me another five days you do ach when taken my money but want to send a check for my balance which is 674.04 but we all no they will take most of that. There services have not raised my credit at all im.raising my credit by paying stuff off. There lazy and don't want you canceling . I have sent them 10 emails wanting to cancel and they told me monday the 12th they will email me and I can cancel now they send me another email stating 5 more days no maam do some work and cancel they are just holding off for there own purpose which god only knows they probably want that 30 evergreen money thats due the 23rd

After waiting on my ach its still not pending in my acct. Which they say no later then Dec 15th but this isn't true

They sent me a message on the 12th stating it was ach to my account 663.29 because they couldnt help but take that last 10.75 out of the 674.04 god forbid. But I contacted my bank nothing is pending. My bank is open on saturdays it would've made it to my account today. I absolutely 💯 dont trust them. And thank god I wrote everything down during this journey because the amount they are.congrulating me on doesnt add up to what ive written down the last 28 months

Our dealings with Start New Financial were the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Absolutely the worst!!! I ended up with the sheriff coming to my place of business twice to serve me papers because Start New Financial dropped the ball. I had endless calls for months and months from creditors who had never been contacted by Start New Financial. Our credit scores plummeted down to the low 500s when we were told this program would have minimal impact. I think their "I could care less" attitude is what made me the most angry. We threatened by them if we didn't make our monthly payments. And we had to deal with third world country agents who didn't have a clue what they were doing or talking about. I would never recommend Start New Financial to anyone. Not even my worst enemy!

Best choice to use SNF. They are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I am on track to finally getting debt free. No phone calls from debtors because SNF have a legal team available to assist you which makes me stress free.
