Slice Services was excellent from start to finish. They were extremely attentive, kept me updated throughout the process, and had everything set up much faster than I expected. It’s rare to find a company that communicates this well and moves this quickly. Highly recommend their service.

Keep getting conflicting info from different people I talk to and we need our acct immediately changed back to our original plan. We will pay the fee's at the end of the month like we always have. I have several thousand dollars worth of credit cards that I can't run because it keeps messing up my accounting program. this has been ongoing since April 3rd.

Be careful with this company. When they offer you their service, they claim there are "no contracts"; however, when you finally try to terminate the service, they suddenly insist that you *do* have a contract. Ultimately—even after they have officially closed your account—they continue to bill you, doing so through a company called FINOVA Capital for the lease of the equipment that SLICE sent you. FINOVA now tells me that they are a separate entity and that their only role is to handle the equipment lease. STAY FAR AWAY FROM SLICE AND FINOVA. Their target audience consists of small businesses, and primarily those owned by Hispanic individuals. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

My short tenure at Slice highlighted a need for more experienced leadership. The management team prioritizes short-term financial gains over building lasting, trust-based relationships. Consequently, this focus has negatively impacted the company's reputation for integrity and reliability."
Almost everyone I spoke with who was familiar with Slice Merchant Services had a negative view of the company, including some of their own clients.
Complaints are rampant regarding high termination fees, deceptive contract terms, and difficult cancellation processes. Customers frequently report being trapped in expensive 48-month equipment leases, receiving poor service, and facing unexpected hidden fees."
