The pick up went fine. The guys came at a reasonable time and moved things out quickly. I had to pay more than I was quoted but I anticipated that. Now that it’s time for the drop off, I can’t seem to get my things. I called and gave them the delivery address and delivery date and the woman on the phone told me I would get a message from the driver a day before. That day arrives and nothing. I call to check in only to be told that the address is in the system but no one informed them that I was ready for delivery. How if the address is in the system? Now I don’t know when I can expect my things because they are still “working out a schedule” I have to get back to work so if they don’t come by a certain time, no one will be in the house to greet them and I’m stuck staying with family because I don’t have my bed and things. Totally ridiculous, unorganized and unprofessional.

Best move ever. Would use again.

At first this seemed wonderful I got a great quote they were able to do the move on the day I needed with the alternate date the next day (this was for possible delays due to weather). I paid the deposit, and it went downhill from there. The date changed for no reason (weather was great) then the time changed 3 times. Once the movers got there and had everything on the truck and their first installment of cash, they informed us they would need another 375.00 on top of the price at the end in cash (even though I was told by the person doing the initial contract I would be able to pay with my card). Then we had to pay another 100 because there were more than 7 steps (standard steps in a home are 13) anything over 7 is an additional 75$, then instead of setting up the bed which was the only thing they had to take apart, they unpacked the contents making sure the bed was buried in the back of the room. Pay close attention to the terms and conditions!! I was expecting the price to go up a bit but by being told I didn't need cash I didn't have cash and banks give you a limit on what you can take out in a day. Then
the bed being buried so you could not get to it was just rude.

This place is a complete scam. Do not use this company they give you the bait and switch. First they give you a quote, then they raise the quote when they get there. They promised my items would be delivered on a Sunday. It is now Thursday. I’ve made endless calls to try to get a hold of someone to see where my stuff is and no one answers. They finally answered my call and asked me to remove a bad review that I had left Warning people not to use this company. They also leave fake reviews from fake accounts. They are scammers do not use this company. The next call I make will be to the police. Do not give them any of your hard earned money.

They are not to be trusted wishing I would have known before my family gave them money being almost a month if not a month still haven't received our belongings kids are sleeping on the floor not answering their phone now after they already been paid I would never recommend anyone to this company at all please save your money they are scammers. Don't waste your time calling Justin he just as bad as the others or if not worse

Star Van Lines helped us move from Akron to Cleveland without a hitch. The crew was efficient and polite. Thanks, Mike and team!

If I could give a zero I would have. What a scam!!!!! They ask you to list the items that you want moved then they take it upon themselves to put a measurement on your items without even asking you to measure your things. They showed up and could only fit 5 things in our alotted space. What a joke and a waste of my money. They are all sweet & smooth talkers until the get you then they ignore you. Run!!!!!! Don’t use this company

So I would like to say thank you to these guys! We were moving from Denver CO to Ftlauderdale FL. And the crew was amazing! They came in with great attitude and got right to work. I must say I was apprehensive to use a moving company,but Justin at the office said he would make sure our move was stress free and that’s what I was from pickup to delivery. I called almost everyday and thought I might be getting on his nerves. But he always answered and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. We paid under $3000 for a 3 bedroom home. Great job guys! Thank you again! I will be using you guys for our next move!

This place was considerably more affordable than all other quotes I received. The movers, Max and Nick, were extremely professional and took their time to handle my belongings with care, from loading to unloading. They were highly professional and polite. I highly recommend their services.
