Awful experience! Not even worth one star.

I purchased some trainers as a Christmas gift for my partner, they arrived in good time on the 14th November, unfortunately they were the incorrect size. There was no return instructions with the package so we followed the returns instructions from their website and sent a returns request on the 27th December. We did not receive a response to this request and was conscious of the 60day return period so posted the trains back to the address listed on the returns procedure online and posted with tracking (thank god). The package was then confirmed as returned to them on 8th January. I followed up my email to confirm they had received the return and i would like to receive confirmation of my refund. I then received an email reply on the 16th January (3weeks after my returns request) requesting lots of photos of the condition of the trainers. The returns policy online did not state this had to be issued. They then refused to process my return until the photos were provided but i did not take these photos before posting the return as was unaware this was required. I advised that the trainers were back in their procession for inspection of the condition but they still refused to process until photos were issued. I then had to raise a dispute with PayPal (i was lucky enough to have paid through PayPal) who reviewed my case and within 24hrs awarded the dispute in my favour and processed the refund.

These people sell FAKE goods and make it almost impossible to return for a refund. Their address is FAKE along with their Telephone numbers. They should not be trading and I'm amazed they haven't been shut down and prosecuted by now.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Ein betrügerisches Unternehmen. Nimmt keine Rücksendung an, obwohl Sie das müssen. Dann bieten die eine 70% Rückerstattung an, welche Sie garnicht überweisen. Nur den Kunden anbieten aber niemals tätigen. Ich schreibe schon seit 2 Monaten mit denen. Vorsicht, NICHT EINKAUFEN BEI DENEN!!!

SCAM.
Will not refund. Negotiated a reduced refund to keep the trainers. Then just came up with reason after reason as to why they couldn't make the payment. Reporting to the authorities. Do not buy.

I purchased trainers from this so called company !!! They sent me fake trainers & fake socks 😡 I’ve tried calling them but the number provided is even fake ! ! Contacted them by email was told they wld give me 15% refund if a bought another pair of trainers this went on & on till I threatened them with legal advise they eventually said they would refund me in full that was 15days ago now my emails are not being answered !!! I can’t afford to loose £125 these trainers were my sons Xmas present THIS MON ARE SCAMMERS STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM @steptosport you’ve got my email address stop writing review answers back when yous are not even answering my EMAILS ????? Refund me the £125 you SCAMMED OFF ME ASAP !!!

Habe dort Schuhe gekauft. Diese kamen nicht bei mir an. Eine Rückzahlung wurde verweigert mit der Aussage, Paypal halte den Betrag zurück.
Paypal hat den Verkäufer angemahnt, dieser hat sich jedoch nicht gemeldet.

Die bestellten Schuhe kamen mit 2 Wochen Verspätung an. Nach Annahmeverweigerung und Rücksendung gab es erst gar keine Rückerstattung und auf Nachfrage wurde mitgeteilt, dass aufgrund der Rücknahmerichtlinie eine Gebühr fällig würde und statt der ursprünglichen 137,50 € nur 100,- € zurückerstattet werden könnten, also nahezu 30% Rücknahmegebühr! In Zeiten von konkurrierenden Onlineshops eine absolute Frechheit und Abzocke! Ich kann vom Kauf bei Steptosport nur abraten

Luckily did it all through paypal, so just have to send them back and paypal will sort the rest.

SCAM !!!!! Its huge fraud!!!!! Shoes are FAKE. I made claim to PayPal. All positive reviews are fake here. All this fake happy customers make only one review and its only here. I don’t know how pay pal can work with this kind of company. AVOID

Absolute scammers.
Bought some claimed legit Nike running shoes took my money website then disappeared! Emails bounce everything gone! Trainers turned up after I complained to PayPal. 3 weeks late and then they are fake!!! I have legit ones from Nike that I have worn out these are a dodgy copy if you don’t know what you were getting or looking for but the fact I had the same trainers already just wanted another! What a con!!!!! Trying to fight to get my money back but CON ARTISTs do not believe the reviews on here as that’s the only reason I bought from them and was completely scammed.

This is a fraudulent company, they authorise afew orders to look genuine. I ordered trainers for my daughter in December never arrived. Their emails and numbers do not connect. PayPal allows such fraudulent companies to trade as they do not investigate no show of goods!
