Steptosport Avis 56

Ordered trainers from steptosport.co.uk in mid December (check out their reviews) before they changed their web address to steptosport.com - same scammers. These are counterfeit goods and as I had the genuine ones from Nike to compare them to, by the time they arrived, I could list the differences between them. Requested a refund and was informed that I would need to return these to their “warehouse” in Hong Kong (despite them being shipped 48 hour tracked Royal Mail from a UK address and their website listing a further 2 UK addresses in their contacts). They informed me that this would be a $60 shipping cost to be incurred by myself. Other options they offered were a 20% refund with a further 20% discount off next purchase (like I would). They suggested I pass the unwanted trainers on to a friend. So effectively I was refused a full refund. I raised a case with PayPal who stated I would receive full refund when seller receives the goods back. However the return address was Vietnam - the cost of which I would be incurring. I requested I return the trainers to one of the UK addresses. This case has now been closed without return, with PayPal ruling in my favour. Stand your ground on refunds and returns, this is so blatantly a scam operation and you should receive a full refund from your bank / PayPal.

Sent me counterfeit trainers and refused to refund me. Reported to the police

Just wanted to say that ordered some trainers from these guys and they have arrived and are excellent.
I was worried after reading reviews on here about scams, they took 3 weeks to arrive but I’m very pleased with them.

After initial issue with delivery the trainers arrived today ! As described , will buy again !
Longer delivery but as long as you’re prepared to wait 2-3 weeks it’s worth it

Website changed recently - it’s not a scam as stated and merely poor communication however they did apologise and kept in touch after issues were raised

So I read reviews, seem ok, ordered trainers.
Received a Royal Mail 48hr tracking number 20 Nov and then nothing... I have chased the and felt to be fobbed off - "wait another week" etc etc.
On Sunday I read all the bad updated reviews and panicked, I logged a claim with my credit card and was stressing trying to find another pair of trainers.
Low and behold Royal Mail have just delivered them!! I made the Postie wait whilst I opened the box as I was convinced it would be a cuddly toy or something in the box but it is indeed the trainers I ordered.
I have now cancelled the claim with my credit card company.
There is hope!!

do not order from this company item don't come scam scam phone number just rings out don't answer emails wish i read the reviews first

As others have said below this website is a scam! I have spoken with my bank who agree and are accepting my fraud claim. Said I am not the only one to contact them. Tracking doesn’t change item never delivered no response from emails. AVOID!

Avoid ordering from this company and save yourself a lot of time and hassle. I recently ordered a pair of Jordon 4 Retro footwear from this company. Not only am I still waiting for the footwear it has been nearly 2 weeks I’m still waiting for a reply from e mails I sent 4 days ago.
When I placed the order I received a notification that my payment had gone thought to a PayPal name I had never heard of! I was expecting it to say the merchants name of Steptosport it didn’t it said Tran Ti Binh? Straight away I
e mailed them as there is no phone number and I was told they are a small U.K. company that import from Hong Kong but still no explanation to why my payment went to someone I did not know. The tracking number was issued the next day and there has been no update since November 28th even though they used Royal Mail track 48. How can they use this service when they do not have the product and Royal Mail is not in Hong Kong. Again I sent an e mail they then said they had given me the wrong tracking number and give me a new tracking number it was the same number I had originally been given!
Stay away from this company I believe it’s a scam as now I don’t even receive reply’s to the e mails I have sent and I have still not received my order from them. Thank god I paid on my credit card.
