Great customer service!
I placed my order on Friday December 26th. I realized on Saturday that I ordered the wrong color. When I called, their answering service stated that they were closed for the holiday and would still be answering emails. I emailed on Sunday stating that I place an order for the wrong color and that I understood if it was too late to be changed. Almost immediately I got a reply email stating that my order had been updated and would ship the following day. Amazing customer service! My new stethoscope gets delivered today!!
