Ordered on Saturday night they processed the order first thing Monday morning with engraving had it shipped out that day and we had it by Friday afternoon only used ground shipping and was very impressed with short amount of time it took to get here

My husband threw away my last order by mistake, so I came back for the exact same one. Extremely impressed with how fast my order came- ordered Monday morning and delivered Thursday afternoon! And yes, I have it engraved!!

My message to change an engraving request was promptly returned. I was so fortunate to talk to a 1O0% real person who was pleasant and reassured me that she could get the order revised. The stethoscope arrived in less than a week and is perfect and beautiful!

Shipping was fast and the engraving looks awesome. The only reason I took a star away is because the diaphragm has a scratch/dent in it. So, far it doesn't appear to affect it's performance but it is disappointing with how expensive the stethoscope was.

The other is because they are in Massachusetts.
