I have recently purchased a second hand car from this dealership. That process was very smooth, but I am believer that the proof is when things need sorting. After a few weeks there were a couple of items that needed sorting and the dealership was happy to address them. The staff were great on the day and looked after me whilst I worked in the space they gave me.

My purchase was dealt with efficiently and quickly, all my questions were answered. I was not pushed into purchasing anything, chris the sales person was knowledgeable, I am also a tough cookie, I would walk away if I didn’t feel comfortable at any stage, I would purchase from this salesman again

I had a really positive experience buying a car from Toyota Colchester. Richard was very friendly & helpful on the day of viewing and test driving my desired cars, he was very informative when asked for information and I didn't feel pressured to make any decisions. Wrapping up the deal was very straight forward and he was flexible with sorting a day for delivery.
I had a minor problem which he was very quick to rectify which was great. The only thing I would criticise on would be to maybe provide a welcome pack stating all the benefits you get when buying with Toyota, like the details of the warranty, breakdown cover etc. I know this is all online now but it would be good to receive on the day of collection /delivery to keep with the car log book. Apart from that, so far so good. I am a satisfied customer who absolutely loves my new car :)

Had a satisfactory experience at Steven Eagell Chelmsford. The staff were super helpful; would answer any questions you may have with a great deal of expertise 👍and would go extra mile to assist you if need be.
The sales officer that attended to me (Mr Naim and his colleague Mr Scott at Chelmsford) are good examples of what sales executives should be. I would definitely recommend buying your next car at Steven Eagell Toyota.

We were made to felt very welcome by all the staff we met during our 2 visits to choose and collect our new car.
The manager was extremely kind and very patient helping us to choose the right vehicle . When we collected the car Jerin explained everything we needed to know very clearly making the whole experience very enjoyable. We felt that our custom was valued and appreciated plus the coffee was excellent.
