The customer service I received was terrible.
Having run my own MOT station for 32 years I wouldn’t have dreamed of treating my customers like they do.
I was promised free car mats for the car I purchased from them as an apology for the incompetent customer care, 4 weeks later I am still waiting.
I was going to purchase another Toyota for my partner in December, from them, but after the experience I had, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and I certainly won’t ever make another purchase from Steven Eagell.

A nice welcome, all the staff very pleasant and courteous. Sales and exchange process smooth, a few issues with the handover of the new vehicle, the most notable being the failure to place the rust preventing seals, during the PDI. I’ve purchased 3 other cars at Steven Eagell, and there has never been an issue. So hopefully this was an isolated mistake

No quibble - Steven Eagle workshop replaced a previously replaced windscreen that had a bracket adhered to it for a rain sensor not to spec on that model Aygo that I had purchased from them. I was impressed by the team for accepting the error and replacing the screen.

It was a wonderful experience dealing with Steven Eagell Toyota. AJ was the best consultant who assisted me in ways I couldn't imagine. I got my nice ride ad still up to date no problems at all.

I recently had my Toyota checked at the Worcester branch and was told — and reassured — that my headlamp issue was covered under warranty. I even spoke to the Toyota help desk afterwards, who confirmed the same thing.
Now I’ve been told it’s not covered and that I have to pay for the repair. This is completely unfair and very disappointing. I relied on the information I was given by both the dealership and Toyota’s own help desk, and now I’m left out of pocket through no fault of my own.
I expected better communication and consistency from Toyota, especially when customers are told one thing and then charged for something they were assured would be covered.

The service I received today was first class from start to finish, making my visit a pleasurable one! The staff were very professional and friendly. Not only did they look after me but the turnaround time was great. The Service Advisor Mikey called me to let me know my car was ready. Thank you also to Technician Daniel. Great finishing touches, they even washed my car. A job well done. Thank you Toyota.

Big bill for Toyota service/repair. I've always had my Rav 4 serviced and repaired by Toyota. The vehicle has covered 46k miles. I am a careful driver. The rear tracking arms needed to be replaced due to wear and tear (£910). I was also charged for a valve as the windscreen washer had failed. In the end the total cost to pass MOT and service well over £1500 and took over 3 days. For a vehicle of this mileage I found this excessive.

Would NOT go there very again.
14 days to do a 7 hr job. (oil leeks)
on collation Priete medical paperwork had been ransacked, All the fuel had gone and the mileage reset to 0.00 so you can not tell they used the truck.
Big dents and scratches on the door . The rubber around the windscreen is hanging out. ?
and i got and look under the truck and there is oil everywhere.
And to top it off there charged £1,100.00 over the quoted price.,.,.,.,
I feel robbed and violated.
At 57 it was my first time using a main dealer,,, and the last..

Very good service after our car broke down and was towed in by the AA Roadside assistance. Alex kept us up to date by his regular emails or phone calls. Although we had to wait 4 days before they could look into the problem of our car,and not being able to have a courtesy car. We were offered a courtesy car after Toyota discovered the problem which put a delayed on the repair due to having to order the parts. We feel it was an unnecessary expense having to pay for a rental car for the first four days, while being a customer of Toyota for 22 years, which includes buying 12 new cars. Nevertheless, Toyota, Steven Eagle in King's Lynn, through all the years is still our favourite dealer.

paid £430 for a full car service. Got my car back dirty—interior not cleaned at all. Called to complain and was told cleaning is "complimentary" and not guaranteed. Seriously? For that kind of money, you'd expect at least a clean car. Speechless.
update:
I got following response from them:
"I have read through this and it does not state it is a part of the service it states for the final piece of customer satisfaction a clean will be carried out,"
He is explaining following text mentioned on Toyota website:
"And for that final piece of customer satisfaction, we will vacuum, wash and valet your Corolla, and a visual safety report will be provided when you come to collect your car."
Final recommendation:
Avoid this service center.

I couldnt believe the service I got. One person in particular was the hostess Deena. She was very good at making us feel comfortable and keeping us entertained whilst we waited for a salesperson. Deena is a credit to your organisation.
