Beautiful canvas, extremely quick delivery and packaged brilliantly. Customer service is second to none, I emailed to enquire about a fast delivery and was kept uptodate by Georgia and delivery was exactly as she said. Will use Stevensons again for sure

Hi,
This is still not resolved as I am yet to get a tracking number for my purchased item, this is exactly a week today I am yet to get any tracking details for my delivery. This is very far from being resolved.
Also I did send a live chat, if you want screenshots I can provide them to you.

I placed an order on 2nd of Dec on Monday, for a 100cm sunburst frame, did not get an email to that effect let alone a order number. I thought will hold on a bit to see if you will send the email or a delivery message. Today is Friday, I got nothing. All I got was an email to ask for a review of an order that I am yet to receive? I paid through my PayPal. I have tried chatting you guys on your website but I have no order number to track with.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. Our confirmation emails are sent automatically, and I can see that one was sent at 12:05 PM on the day the order was placed. Additionally, a confirmation should have been sent via PayPal.
We understand how frustrating it can be not to receive timely updates. Unfortunately, these emails sometimes end up in junk or spam folders. To ensure you have it, I’ve resent the confirmation email to you.
While we didn’t receive a message on our live chat on Friday, I can see one came through today. I’m glad we’ve been able to connect and resolve the matter promptly. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions or concerns.

Information would have been handy thought I was getting my chair in 1 to 2 days but heard nothing I ended up contacting stevensons and asked for a call back which I never got. I chased up again and they were waiting for us to collect the item which was never the option. I was awaiting on free delivery, still waiting
