Unfit for purpose

I posted a review in 2024 and today have received a response. I have had numerous emails stating they want to help me and I have suggested a refund which they cannot/will not do. My issue was the product comes packed so tightly so is creased on removal, making the game Quite difficult to play. I was told to steam the product before use. Who wants to do that. Once you put it back in the bag provided to store, it creases again and so the cycle continues. I will be giving this product to charity to be rid of it. I have been asked to update this review by trust pilot. I purchased the item to play indoors. I have to pack it away each time it was used. Therefore they want me to steam this before each play? Unrealistic.

Don't hold your breath, waiting for this to arrive! I ordered this product as a Xmas gift on 9th Dec with a delivery promise to Australia of 7-10 days. On 24th Dec, order had not been received, but had been sitting at local courier for dispatch for 10 days - no movement. I emailed requesting for the item to be redirected back to them and refunded, as it had not been received in time for Xmas. 'Too bad' was basically the response. They only refund for faulty items not 'change of mind'. I didn't change my mind - the item was paid in full and not received. Because it had left the warehouse in China, the item could not be returned or refunded. 8 emails later, they refused to have it redirected back to them. It was eventually delivered to me, 4 weeks after Xmas, even though I no longer wanted it. Extremely poor customer service, they offered me a discount & kept banging on about how expensive it would be for me to pay for the return shipping & they refused to give me a refund.1 very unhappy customer!!

Occasionally, packages can be held up by couriers or customs, and in your case, it was inconveniently held for 26 days. BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! They do not accept returns. Their policy is "does not accept returns due to change of mind," which literally covers everything but damage to the product. This is extremely shady and a poor business policy. I am currently filing with the BBB, but this company is not listed. Shady....

Amazing customer service

I am very skeptical about buying online, but I decided to take a shot with Sticky Golf Pro and am very grateful I did!
My first order didn't arrive, but once emailing and explaining the situation they were happy to send out a replacement including a free gift. Which has now arrived. Their customer service was incredible and I can't wait to see my Dad's face when he receives it.

Do Not Buy from this company. Ordered on the 9th December 24. E-Mailed them on 11 January 25 asking where my order is, still nothing. Tracking now says "abandoned".

A great purchase!

This product was worth the wait in my opinion. I did not order for Christmas but after the holidays. Wish I had thought of it sooner because it is perfect fun x-mas gift for hubby or kids. Easy to put up and take down in a flash. (I used 2 little hardware hooks and installed over a doorway). I love that it comes with a storage bag so you don’t have to stress about losing the balls. My family of 5 all love it and we’ve gotten a lot of use out of it. Not many indoor activities will get today’s kids off of screens for hours unsolicited- but this did. Great product all around! And like I said- worth the wait

I would rate zero if I could.

Worst customer experience ever. Ordered on 14 Dec and as at 22 Jan still has not arrived. Sat at a Sydney depot for weeks according to the tracking - which has now miraculously changed and no longer displayed. No customer service, no update, no product. If I ever actually get it it better be good but I am not holding my breath. Do not use.

Very risky

Order placed on 8 December and received 2 of the 3 items on 28 December so took 3 weeks to arrive and was after Xmas. Order was not complete. Refund of 15% on goods was offered but really??Will not provide an address tp return goods and refuses full refund. They probably drop ship frpom China and simply market on socials so no retail set up.
Risky at best.

I can see your x2 ultimate edition sets were delivered within a week of placing your order, however, the golf club wass delayed due to running out of stock, and was only delivered on the 28th of December.

I understand this would have been frustrating for you. We're more than happy to refund the full amount of the golf club for you as it was not delivered in the delivery timeframe we set.

Do not buy

Do not buy! Ordered 2 on November 6th for a Christmas, gift. Got the run around for 1.5 months, with various shipping tracking numbers etc. nothing showed movement and very slow responses. Glad I saved them. Contacted the back and an opened a fraud case. Was refunded by bank immediately which would tell me there was history with this company. Received item on January 6th 2 months after the order. Contacted Sticky pro immediately, and sent 4 emails over 2 weeks and did not receive a response on how to return the product I obviously no longer wanted/needed after 2 months. After 2 weeks just now received a response saying I would be responsible for the shipping to return and that they would need to inspect and approve a refund after received back. If it took 2 months to receive and 2 more weeks to reply, why would I trust that they would refund after receiving the product I had to pay to return.
Will be contacting the bank once again and continuing on with the fraud case.
Do not purchase from this company.

Great product, we love it.

Great product, we love it. We received it in good time for Christmas and have had great fun since using it. Both flat on the floor and hung up, either way there is loads of fun. Would highly recommend if you have a competitive family or friends, hours of fun. A lovely company to deal with also, great communication and they appreciate your business.

Poor customer service & communication

Have been emailing to complete a return within timescale & have uploaded a picture at their request to confirm it hasn’t been opened & no further communication!

It's a scam!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
Delivery suggests around 10 days. 6 weeks and counting.... nothing....
Their support consists of someone telling you to be patient.

Have waited 5 weeks for delivery and still no product. Tracking said it was delivered to another state and all customer service can say is be patient. How do they stay in business?

I bought this for my son's bday. Found out my sons girlfriend had bought the same thing. Send a request for return and refund as per their 90 day return policy. After some communication issues, they did come back with a full refund
