I wish I’d have looked at the reviews here prior to ordering, I ordered 1st Dec it arrived eventually (far too late for the B.Day) have emailed twice now to ask for a return and refund and have not had a reply yet, I’d avoid at all costs. I will get my refund believe me…

Absolute scam
Absolute scam. Ordered on 2 December and has been sitting at the depot since 9 December with no updates. Emails and messages offer no solution other than waiting and no refund unless your order shows up, which will likely be never.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Total scam. Come across companies like this in the past. Ordered on the 03rd December and it’s been sitting in transit ever since. No live updates or ways to track the order. Just gone to read the return policy and you cannot request a refund until the order have arrived, which I believe now, will be NEVER. surprise surprise. Taking this further and reporting to to police. Companies like this should NOT exist

Customer service is appalling!!!
They will ignore messages you send them when you ask where your order is because you still haven't received it after 10 days of when it was suppose to be delivered, then when you request a refund for the order you've not received, they refuse your refund and block you on social media!!!! They have done this to so many people! have reported them to ACCC - avoid at all costs!!
