I was able to buy the Lenovo legion battery at the cheaper price compared to other websites. The delivery took about 2 weeks as it was shipped from HK to SG. The order was packed well with extra screwdriver provided. Overall I would recommend their services.

Thanks Store battery for the product purchased online and received it in good condition as expected. I noticed a negative feedback on Trustpilot by some who was not satisfied with their purchase before I make a purchase and it makes me skeptical but when I received my order in good condition it clears my doubt. My advice for those who wanted to purchase and get what they expected is to specify exactly what is the product and be specific as this will facilitate the staff to search and get exactly what they're looking for.

My MSI laptop battery kept losing charge after 30 mins from full charge.

I contacted storebattery.sg and provided battery details including a picture of the old one. Took about a week for delivery after ordering. The package was well packed and contained tools as well as the replacement original battery.

The replacement process was easy and fitted perfectly.

I have been using the laptop with the new battery for 3 weeks and it is still working well.

I placed the order charger for Microsoft surface Book3. This charger was quite unique and hence not avilable in the usual platforms. After receiving the order, the in-charge from StoreBattery, send an email asking me to send the detailed specification of my old batter to ensure that the correct batter is send to me. I was impressed with the level of attention they have given to ensure the customer requirements. The package was also well received. I find the service very good. Thanks

Waited about a week to receive the product. The packing is super with the battery pack well protected in layers of sponge and styrofoam packing. The battery pack can work without any initial charge. After test using for 2 days, the performance is optimal, given the age of my laptop. The performance is much better than the last battery bought from a local retail shop. Hopefully it's reliability can last for a long while.

i must say, initially i was worried that the item would not appear!! ya.. i am sure you understand.. :P
it came with a set of screwdrivers to access my GPD Win Max 2. the delivery was fast enough and well packed. Win Max 2 has a heat management issue and will bloat the battery up. this is my second replacement, the first was when still under warranty. so i guess i will be purchasing another from Storebattery in another year or so time..
oh.. email exchange with them was prompt; i asked them if this is the correct battery for my Win Max 2.

the Razer Battery was sent to me on time.
it was well packed, and a good item.
the battery came with tools and i installed it.
Unfortunately batteries are finicky and this time this battery died after a day.
i write to these guys and after 2 emails they refunded me 100% .
i was asking if they could resend a new battery but they were afraid in case their btested batch was bad somehow. so i agreed to the refund and i have received it immediately.
good service tbh. its a pity the battery died but i would use these guys again for other things if i need.
despite all this i give them 5 stars.

Why ? its fast , straightforward and no fuss . i understand that things break sometimes .

Item received in good condition and fast delivery

Purchased a replacement battery for my HP laptop on 29 March 2025. The quality of the battery was excellent - the charge lasted as long as the original battery. It is still working very well as of the writing of this review (about 3 months post-replacement). The shipping of the battery was also extremely quick, no issues, and the battery was also well packaged.

Overall, the experience was very positive, and I recommend this site as a trusted source to purchase laptop batteries.
