Hi Elaine, our tracking system indicates that your item was delivered on the 6th November. We have checked, and there is also a photograph provided by Royal Mail that shows the parcel was handed to a person at your address. Please do let us know if you need any further information, but to note, all our items are sent tracked. This means that while they do not require a signature, Royal Mail will photograph the parcel being received at the door, and provide the GPS details. Thank you.

I purchased a Dukdalf folding table, the price was good, delivery was quick and I was informed at every stage, and the item was well packaged.

Hello, this sadly was a supplier issue with warehouse storage their side. We cannot open boxes to check contents but, as with any product issue like this, our supplier has always replaced any problem boards for a new one. I have checked and cannot see any correspondence regarding your order from. you letting us know, but if you contact us, we can get the supplier to replace it for you no problem. Thank you!

Order came really quickly. However the colour of the product was not the same as the photos. Thankfully I didn’t mind but other people may do.

I had an issue with delivery and the item I received however they were very fast to resolve the problem and were great at keeping me informed of the next steps. Jordan in particular was very friendly and extremely helpful.
I would definitely recommend this company.

The wrong item was sent and therefore missed child's birthday.
S2Y offered fulled refund on return of incorrect item, which I have taken. Obviously I had to struggle through my child's birthday with a subsititue gift.
