Excellent service. Handles look smart and have a strong return after pushing them down. Disappointed that screw heads’ black coating slightly came off when fitting, but overall impact not diminished.
Ordered another 12 X Sorrento handles - they arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Emails and text messages updated me on the status of the order. Overall highly recommended and very well priced i... Voir plus

Disappointing customer service
Despite their returns policy being in line with UK regulations, their lack of response and zero empathy is disappointing. Just a few days over the deadline I am left with expensive ironmongery that I can't use and will likely end up in landfill. Given the non-perishable nature of the products they could choose to be helpful, accept the return and have a future customer, but they don't care on either front. Will go elsewhere.

Change of primary door required.…
Ordered on Sunday and arrived on Thursday lunchtime, doors swapped around and new keep fitted by teatime. All working well.
It would have been far easier to order the part I needed if they had added 'Left Hand' and 'Right Hand' to the photos of parts. I had a very lucky stab in the dark and was successful.
