Excellent service. Handles look smart and have a strong return after pushing them down. Disappointed that screw heads’ black coating slightly came off when fitting, but overall impact not diminished.

Stronghold of Southampton
SO A FURTHER UPDATE; after publishing the below review I was called by the company at 07.35 in the morning! (I guess Trustpilot reviews matter more than customer satisfaction) Have been emailed with further “yes we will supply the fixings kit and plastic threaded bars); STILL WAITING! THEY DON’T CARE! 28th April 2024
So ordered via Google and from Stronghold a Hoppe door knocker with spy glass
Delivered via parcel courier and no fixings for the knocker to the door.
Spoken to Stronghold. Basically couldn’t care less.
Taken my details and acknowledged my purchase but not interested.
Lack of actions speak far louder than
words
Do not recommend!
