Student Cribs Avis 

We had Mike and John for our house this year and they were so lovely! They were so kind and funny and always really chatty. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better and will miss having them next year!

Had a couple minor issues but Mike H and John B were fantastic and helped us sort them as soon as possible and looked after us many thanks to the pair of them from Joe

Mike Porter came round and fixed our washing machine and was really friendly and helpful and fixed it.

Cannot recommend them enough!! Amazing apartment safe and close to uni and great maintenance team !! Specially Mike H and John

We had absolute gems with John and Mike at student cribs Liverpool. John and Mike were incredibly helpful throughout the year with everything to do with the house, would strongly recommend.

Been living in Liverpool for the past year in a student cribs house and we have been looked after by Mike and John who run our checks and sort anything that’s wrong with the house. Cannot fault them one bit they help us as soon as there’s and issue come regularly for our fire alarm tests and are very friendly, kind and easy to talk to.

Student Cribs is a nightmare. They consistently enter without notice. They close unfixed maintenance requests, and it took them 8 MONTHS to give us a replacement dishwasher. They’ve taken our couch and replaced with a chair and a half and they have lost my rent and put us in arrears when we never missed or delayed a payment.

This is just a fraction of our nightmare experience with the agency. To make everything worse, they have horrible management and communication. Responses to serious concerns take well over 2 weeks and you have to dedicate hours of your time to phone calls and emails to get anything done.

Student cribs is terrible for any sort of organisation they do not care about you never fix anything when reported unless you ask more than 3 times. I have made multiple enquires about mutiple things that have been broken since last July when I moved in and they are still delaying the maintainence date. Have had a broken boiler for days and they won’t send somebody out. This has happened on multiple occasions. Would not recommend.

Dale had been an absolute gem with us always top tier customer and he’s very creative with the repairs as the house is an absolute wreck the doors of the washroom the rivets and door runners because none of it would fit! A perfect person for the job!

Mike H and John have been super helpful in sorting out any issues that we have reported. They have come to sort them out very quickly and are always happy to have to a nice chat when they come by.

Just want to comment how lovely Steve Pritchard is - always super helpful and very kind and respectful and doing a fab job, thank you!
