Shocking customer service saying I received my parcel when I never did the pick of the delivered parcel is a pic of the parcel it’s self … contacted the police and given a crime number yet still continue to say I have my parcel .. if I had my parcel would I still be mailing you 3 weeks later no I wouldn’t be

Sent items back and no refund. I placed 2 orders, 1 with 2 items the other 3 items and returned all 5 as I was not satisfied with the quality, contacted via email, no reply or any contact whatsoever and still no money back for any of the orders. Not happy as I’m out of pocket on almost £200 😡

Ordered a fur jacket waited for over 2 weeks for jacket paid for next day delivery . I kept getting in contact with them through email there reply’s was awful once arrive jacket smelt of fish very disappointed after I spent almost 80 pound will not be ordering again from them

Wish i had read the reviews. Order never arrived and no one has besn helpful just keep saying same thing tracking shows it has been delivered, that may well be but i dont have my parcel. Will not be ordering from here again

I ordered a long puffer jacket which is £160 to buy but i got in sale for £90 have worn a couple of times just going to and from work so only climbing in and out of car and already buttons are falling off and no way of getting them back on. I also got a top for a meal out and during the night the gold buttons fell off. Lucky buttons inside heldtop together. But I cant believe two items ordered were so badly faulty i have another top from same order and worried to wear it as all the other items are falling apart. Nothing is that cheap for this to happen. Really disappointed. They offered me 10% back but what use is that when I have over £100 worth thats damaged. I will not be shopping here again.

ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Order has not been delivered its missing and the company is doing absolutely nothing about it or help. Do not buy anything there a shitshow of a company and there customer service is absolutely appalling the most unhelpful I’ve ever came across. I WILL NOT BE LEAVING THIS HERE. I’m going to a small claims court and also my bank with all the evidence and I will be getting a refund back. Absolutely crap!!! The coat was the cheapest things I’ve ever seen in my life, nothing like the pictures in the slightest. Trying my hardest to get a refund, haven’t heard anything for a whole week. Sent sooo many emails, nothing back. Never buy from this company !!!!!!!!!!!!

Brought a lovely black shiny puffer coat/Jacket on Styledupcouk.I had it delivered next day delivery and it was .I brought the size 4/6 and it’s a perfect fit and size .Can’t wait to wear it.I found the company a good experience with my purchase with no problems.I will definitely use again.

Bought a tracksuit, after just 1 wash the trousers had a hole in. Customer service did not care one bit and wouldn’t give me a resolution. Should read reviews before purchasing 👍🏽 won’t be buying from here again due to the lack of customer care from the company.

Spent ages looking for a coat for the winter and I was looking for one that WAS NOT CROPPED came across one on there website and it looked like a normal size so I spent 50 pound in total to buy this coat. It came today and it is so tacky and CROPPED such false advertising wouldn’t buy from the lying c u next Tuesdays again

Bought a padded coat online for my teenage daughter and was actually impressed with the quality, its thick & padded and the material is really nice. It was dispatched quickly and i received tracking info. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a coat from here on next day delivery I looked at all reviews 1st and I was a bit worried as they are all bad . But I ordered anyway and had absolutely no problems at all coat arrived next day coat is in perfect condition not sure if reviews are from clear pay customers trying to scam them as I paid in full with no problems and would definitely order again had full tracking aswell

Ordered a faux leather jacket which absolutely stunk of fish. As you would I washed the jacket thinking I could remove the smell. Still smells just as bad so contacted customer service who told me I can’t return or have a refund as i have washed the item. They are sending items out which are terrible quality that break within 2 days. DO NOT ORDER from here! Worse customer service ever

Ordered a dress for a night out and the dress broke within a couple of hours of putting it on. Absolutely mortifying I had to wear my friends jacket to save my dignity all night.
Communicated with the company, they said once tags were removed they cannot refund, I expect better from a UK based company. Whether tags were removed or not I don’t expect an item to be in disrepair after 3 hours of having it on.
