I ordered a T-shirt it came filthy with pulls sent loads of photos over and was offered 10% refund and didn’t accept this and had no reply since!

Item still hasn’t arrived. Says delivered???? Bought about 3 weeks ago

Ordered from this company for the first and last time please do not use them.

Item stated it was delivered to a safe place which is a picture of the delivery driver holding the item in his hand outside my back gate.

When I said I have not received this they advised me tracking and a picture prove it was delivered but all you have to do is turn up to someone’s house and take a picture in your hand and scam the customers.

They advised nothing they can do £85 down the drain.

When I complained they said I was rude to a member of there team yes I was after the twelve time of trying to resolve this as it was a gift for my 16 year old daughter.

So thanks again.

I ordered a puffa jacket and it said all things like quilted/ windproof/ thick material and its all that Amazing quality and i cant see why tonnes of people are moaning about this website Great sale price to from £95 to £45

Bought a co ord for a gift for my daughter. The item arrived and it didn’t look like the picture ans advertised.
I sent the item back and they told me they wouldn’t refund it as it was covered in makeup.
Complete LIES my daughter didn’t even have makeup on!
Told me I had to then pay them to send it back to me.
SCAMMERS.
So basically I paid £40 and got scammed.
Disgusting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Do not shop here!! Total scam!! Bought the 3 piece bandeau top set for my gf. They completely miss sold the item, labelling it as a “skirt” set and in the photos it’s a really nice skirt, but sneakily in the description it’s says “skort” and in reality is a hideous pair of shorts that completely don’t fit and literally no one would ever wear.

And then they expect you to pay to send it back! Absolute disgrace, don’t trust this company.

If I could give more stars I would! Don’t understand the bad reviews on here? My order arrived really fast, the quality is amazing (even after washing) and the price point is so low compared to other boutiques selling the same stuff, happy customer 👌

Coat lining has become unstiched in less than 2 months. Customer services are useless and said its been worn excessively (which it hasnt) and that it can't be proven who is at fault. Refused to exchange, repair or refund. Which is actually against the consumer rights act

Cheap products. Stitches have come away after ten minutes of wearing. Customer service are no use and will only let me return if they still have the tags on. Have explained I’ve had this item on literally walking out the house and to the car and all the stitches have pulled. No help what so ever.

Never buy from this website i didn’t receive my item the customer emailed me to call police very bad customer service avoid

I have given this company a 1 star as I cannot go any lower, please avoid this company don’t waste your money as the products are crap. I bought my daughter 1 of the leggings and long tops for Christmas as the pictures made it look beautiful, she has worn it a hand full of time and now after washing it twice she showed me the state the legging where in, on the inside of the legs it’s started to wear very thin which it’s now starting to fray. I have emailed this dodgy company and they have said no to a return, no to a refund and no to an exchange all I can say is WOW. SHEIN clothes would last longer than these clothes, so please don’t waste your money on cheap product from here go to SHEIN or TEMU and waste your money there products it will last longer.

Be aware you have to pay for returns even if its a faulty item that is sent to you !
I ordered something and stitching was awful ( faulty ) cost me nearly £7 to return as they refused to pay return so I've ended up completely out of pocket !
Put off ordering again from this company !

Was charged 7 pounds for delivery even though I selected “free delivery”, however I did manage to get a refund pretty quick, so I can’t really complain.

I bought a white faux fur bomber jacket for my daughter for Christmas. She only wore it twice and the zip broke . Styled up refuse to replace it or refund as we didn't return it within 10 days but it hadn't broken within 10 days. They refuse to acknowledge it is faulty but it cost £65 and you would expect it to last longer than about 3 weeks ! It is very frustrating and disappointing . I would never buy from them again .

I have bought two coats from this Website and both of them have been absolutely outstanding quality! I cannot believe some of the other reviews on here atall! First of all, the prices are reasonable, then my delivery arrived before the specified time ( free delivery as well)....the coats both are amazing quality, thick, warm, padded, beatiful detailing quality fabric, tailored fit.....
Both of the coats have recieved so many compliments! They are honestly much better quality than any coats I have bought previously from well known high street shops. I would not hesitate to order more coats from Styled Up in future, cannot fault then!

Wish I had read reviews before ordering!!!! Nearly 3 weeks and apparently still don’t have the jacket I returned when it states on Royal Mail delivered!! AVOID

Coat came away after couple months of having the coat the belt within a few weeks then split under arm. Emailed company who said they will not refund or replace the coat even though the coat is faulty will not be buying from here ever again

Absolutely disgusting that they just ignore you and I never received my item they declined to assist with Klarna saying the tracking is at my post code and expects me to pay for an item I never received

27th Jan update…I have received a full refund!

13th Jan Update…response from Styled up saying I can’t return if in perfect condition with labels still attached, there’s hope yet!

Order a coat for my daughter for Christmas which didn’t fit. Tried ‘contact us’ form on website as still in original packaging with label attached, no damage as others haven mentioned. But unable to return in the 14 day policy as had been wrapped up for Christmas (ordered 1st Dec!)
Contacted on 27th Dec only to get a message that they wouldn’t respond until after 3rd January adding another 7 days to my return request!
Contacted again on 3rd, unable to prove my contact through this form. Have now emailed and waiting a response which sadly I don’t hold out much hope on after reading the other reviews. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
