I received a broken product, they refused to refund or offer a replacement. The product was poorly made and barely resembled what was sold. I would never recommend buying a product from them

The phone cover is made of good quality leather. Looks expensive. I have received a few compliments to where I bought it. It is nice to pay for something that I enjoy as I use daily.

Over priced thin piece of plastic.
You charged me 20+ dollars for thin piece of plastic case. I saw the exact same case for 3 dollars on ebay. I threw it in the trash already.

Sorry to hear about you did not like the product.
The product you bought is made of PC (Polycarbonates plastic) and shockproof TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethane). Most of the clear cases are made of these materials. There is no other material to make clear cases. We also sell leather cases made of PU leather and TPU. The $3 case does not even cover the cost of shipping.

Shipping time was 3 weeks plus about 4 days before they shipI ordered the product about nov 13th
I ordered the product about nov 13th, it shipped on Nov 17th. It arrived on Dec 8th. It comes directly from China not the US like they lead you to be with the 3-5 day shipping thats not true. The product it self would provide no protection for your expensive phone. Don't throw your money away.

DON’T BUY FROM STYLEEO!!
It took exactly one month to receive our order! I emailed them on several occasions, telling them to stop the order and reimburse us but they assured me the order was on the way. I told them I would refuse the order which they didn’t comment on. We finally received the order, I marked “refused” and threw it in the mailbox at the post office. I emailed them again and let them know that it had been received and we refused it and sent it back. I was then told that if I refused it, it would go to some distribution center & discarded. They would not refund me until they got the product back to their office. How convenient they tell me that earlier. It was all a bunch of BS and I would never recommend them or order from them again!

Needs a fix for wireless car charging
I purchased this to be used with a wireless car charger/holder. However, due to the placement of the magnets in the case, wireless charging doesn't work. If the magnets were located closer to the corners, I believe this issue could be solved. I'm now back to pulling my phone out of the case as I did previously...

Return communications were easy but the product had to be returned to Australia and I purchased this in the US. Wish this information was transparent on the FAQs. Did not end up returning due to having to be responsible for the postage (which I was aware of), did not end up using the case as well so it was trash. Product wasn't worth the price, looked way better in pictures and not functional as intended.

The pictures on our product pages are from different Samsung phone model. Cases are designed according to the phone shapes and sizes. Your phone has a curved edges. Not much can be covered on the edges. It can affect the usablitiy of your phone. All the information about the returns are in our refund & return policy.
