I received a broken product, they refused to refund or offer a replacement. The product was poorly made and barely resembled what was sold. I would never recommend buying a product from them

SCAMMM A cheap product and they sent the wrong size Cover for my Galaxy 20 note. Tried to return it and they wanted me to pay to ship it back which made it cost prohibited. Additionally, it took 2 weeks to get the over priced cheap cover. It was suppose to be leather and it was a cheap vinyl. DO NOT BUY!!

About the shipping, your order was delivered in 13 days time according to the estimated time for delivery was given at the time of the checkout(10-15 business days)
We have a majority of products are made of PU leather(synthetic leather). Few cases are made of genuine leather. The case you bought is made of genuine cowhide leather and TPU.
We did offer you FREE case but you refused that offer also.

My experience with this company
This company ( that attempts to get negative reviews hidden or removed) that sent what I consider garbage and not anywhere near what they advertised from a warehouse out of an industrial city in China and I ordered what was advertised as 100% genuine leather and received some fake leather if you order leather be sure to check twice or it may fall apart in one week maximum. They have multiple online horrible reviews and major complaints with the BBB. Buyer Beware!! I have checked with post office they stated this company is known as a scam online. They did send me PLASTIC MOLDED into a CROCODILE PATTERN and DYED the color you choose. it is NOT even fake PU there was no attempt from the company to even try to make it look or feel like leather it is PLASTIC 100% Genuine Plastic) Oh well they have horrible reviews and unsettled BBB complaints no need to say more. BTW I AM ONE OF thier VICTIMS VICTIMS , I MEAN CUSTOMERS...

According to your order details, your order was delivered on the 22nd of January 2020. So before receiving the products making such false claims about our products and company are not justified. Where our product coming from or where they made in, all the information available on our website for our customers to read anytime.
For BBB complaint, we are based in Australia and BBB only assist the USA and Canada customers and companies.
So we do not appreciate if you trying to spread the fake rumours and trying to defame our company reputation.
As Paypal already investigated the matter and the dispute has been decided in our favour, so we do not need to make any further statements.
