I received a broken product, they refused to refund or offer a replacement. The product was poorly made and barely resembled what was sold. I would never recommend buying a product from them

This company has good quality products. However, fulfilling the fem bought is lacking m some ways. There need to a need for accuracy.

The wrong size case was initially sent. I sent customer service an email and they responded right away. They told me to keep the one they sent and will send out the right size. Very quick to fix the problem. Very nice case, highly recommended

The magnetic clasp in wallet cases can not be so strong because it can affect the usability of the phone such as GPS signals and compass on your phone.
Some GPS apps, such as Google Maps, rely on the compass to determine your location. Other apps, specifically game apps, also rely on compass readings. If your compass becomes corrupt, these apps could become nearly impossible to use.
Magnets in these wallet cases contain enough strength just to keep the flip cover in place and keep it close when not in use.

Overall
Overall, excellent service and very happy with the product. There was a major delay for delivery due to COVID, but they rectified it as soon as they knew.

Wrong case model received twice
I ordered a cover for my new phone. Shipping/delivery was very long. I finally received the beautiful cover I ordered, but it was for a wrong phone model. I sent a request via email. They responded very quickly, asked for a photo of the phone cover and my phone and said they will send a correct case right away. A couple of weeks later a received the case for the same wrong model again! They refunded my money and I have two phone covers that I won't use. Customer service was quick and great, but I never got the phone cover I needed after waiting for about 5-6 weeks in total. Be careful if you are ordering phone cover for Samsung S21 Ultra.
