First order online ! Received items in tatty box from DPD resealed so cannot of been put in tough packaging in first place ! Missing items even though customer service was polite & is sorting it out & replacing missing items I had already sent pictures of how I received items & pictures of items I had showing items I received showing missing ones but found I was repeating photo's I've already sent & explaining same thing .

AFTER SENDING THE WRONG STRENGTH E LIQUID ( A FIRST IN 7 YEARS ) 2 OF THE STAFF CAME TO MY HOUSE & EXCHANGED THE LIQUID FOR THE RIGHT STRENGTH, I HAVE TROUBLE GETTING ABOUT & POSTING THE WRONG LIQUID BACK WOULD HAVE CAUSED A LOT OF PROBLEMS FOR ME, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
